I hired this company January 2020 (biggest mistake of my life) to analyse two documents. Taylor (identified himself as the manager) stated the work would take 3 hrs to complete at $200/hr, and if I wanted the document notarized for COURT litigation, it would cost another $135. He requested I go to *** and deposit $735 into Carole T. chequing account which she provided to me over the phone (identified herself as another manager of the company).
Next day I received a phone call from Carole. She was very agitated, was screaming at me and calling me an *** and a ***, and unless the money was deposited in her account that day, they would not proceed with the work. I immediately went to the Bank and discovered *** made an error and deposited $735 into a different *** chequing account Carole had with the Bank. Once at the Bank confirmed with Carole the Bank had made a mistake, she started calling the Bank mgr an *** and all sort of other nasty names over the phone.. This should have been another clue for me to cut ties with this very *** company and go elsewhere to have my documents analysed.
Once the error was corrected, Carole said I would get my report in 3 days. Five days later I called to find out how their investigation was progressing, but they were unwilling to provide me with any results even though they said their investigation was finished. Day-6 I called again and Taylor answered the phone, refusing to speak with me saying he was in pain and could not talk on the phone because holding the phone was causing him pain, and hung up on me. I called back 3 times that same day but no one answered the phone.
Day-8 I called again and Taylor said Carole was mailing me the report that day. Day-18 not having received my report, I called Taylor and he said they would courier the results to my house, which I found out later they never did courier the report. After calling several times, they refused to speak with me, and hanged up the phone. ***
Several days later I received an email with a 2-page document stating they were unable to conclude as to the documents authenticity. This was their TOTAL findings, charging me $735 to conclude they could not identify if the document was forged or not.
The following is my response to the above complaint lodged by Tony P.
We were retained by Tony to examine and compare some initials on a rental contract. He paid us $600 for three hours of work plus $135 for an affidavit. When completed, the results were not in his favour. The report was emailed to him. Since he did not like the conclusions in the report, he insisted on being reimbursed. We refunded him $135 for the affidavit. Our hours of work to examine and compare the handwriting are not refundable.
Regarding our findings, we stated the following in our conclusions:
1. Based on the above-mentioned similarities found between the suspect and standard "AP" initials, I have concluded that it is probable that all of the suspect initials on the questioned document (QD) were executed by Antonio (Tony) P.
2. Based on the simplicity of the capital letters "T" and "S" in the initials "TS", I am unable to conclude as to their authenticity.
The bottom line is that Tony was furious at the outcome of our work and has been *** us every since via phone calls and emails.

I hired Canadian Centre for Handwriting Analysis Jan. 15, 2020 and inform them I needed them to analyse 2 documents by Feb. 03, 2020 as these were needed for Court purposes. They advised the date was not a problem and I would get results way before Feb. 03, 2020 . I received a 2-page report on Feb. 06, 2020 clearly missing the Court cut-off date for which the documents were no longer needed after this date.
Not only did Canadian Centre for Handwriting Analysis miss the deadline they agreed too provide results, the conclusion of their analysis conducted by this *** company was of no value. Even Carole T.'s reply to Revdex.com states: ....
1. I have concluded that it is probable.....
2. I am unable to conclude as to their authenticity.
What kind of company does analysis on 2 reports and states their findings are ...."Probable" and "I am unable to conclude as to their Authenticity"? I paid $600 to obtain actual results of findings, yet their answer was "probable" and "unable to conclude at to their authenticity".
I requested a refund - they refused. I requested an invoice for payment provided - they refused.
I already reported them to CRA as they ask clients to pay cash (not cheque) so as to not leave a trace. What kind of company asks you to go to the Bank and deposit cash in an employee's account and not provide a receipt.
I was never furious as they state, I am only upset they missed my Court date they said they were able to meet and the fact they refused to provide an invoice for money paid. This is a dishonest company, is *** CRA of the HST and is unable to differentiate between a fake and an authentic document, ***

On June 7 2013 carol was hired to review signatures and initials for a lawsuit (paid 700 June 17 2013)my lawyer (who is now deceased) requested completed report on several occasions but it was not until October 15 2013 am email was received stating signatures were completed but "we are finishing up with a number of initials for our final conclusion ". I have contacted this organization several times for report on the initials and still have not received!! I am currently in litigation and require the report regarding the initials. I called this organization only to be yelled at called "honey" told "go get your lawyer" and hung up on. The woman answering the phone is extremely unprofessional and refused to discuss this issue like a professional!! I paid for s service and over 4years later I have still not received what I paid for.
