and the lady whom I spoke with said shed put in a request for me to have it remoed.
Well it's been some time and nothings been done about it so far. Any suggetions ?

I work as a consultant for a company that is having difficulty staying in business and has fallen behind on paying many bills One debt was transferred to Canadian Credit Corp When I returned the call of MrManual Dwho spoke to a colleague, I was treated very rudely The representative had no motivation to settle the debt or make payment arrangements, and repeatedly raised his voice and spoke over me when I tried to talk On a follow up call, I was again told that there were no settlement options and that "this is what happens" I have dealt successfully with many collection agencies in my years of financial and accounting background, and MrManual D was by far the most derogatory and insulting representative that I've dealt with It's unfortunate because my client would like to make payments on the debt, but will now be forced to spend time and money to settle this process through the courts since no other option was presented Terrible representative at best
I would like to start of by saying that all I wanted to do was pay this debt off for my company and move on with my day. The two representatives I had the experience in speaking with today went horribly wrong once I gave my credit card information. The man started yelling at me when all I asked for was when I was going to receive a receipt to get off my company's credit bureau. He started mocking me and hung up the phone on me.
The other man I spoke with trying to call back and get more info about when I will be getting the receipt....was even more rude and didn't help we what so ever. If this is how they speak to their clients no wonder there is only 10 extensions of people working there. Also NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! there isn't a general person to speak with all you get is message machines for ten people.
This is crazy. I have worked for a collection company before and I would ever dare speak to anyone the way they spoke with me...
