This business is quick to take your money, but getting your order filled and especially delivered, well.... Website say will process and ship within 48-72 hours. Processed my order and withdrew my money within 1 hour. Two week later I called them and was told order wasn't even shipped. Excuse like (secretary quit, busy, I'll get to it as soon as I can, etc). Then was told it will be shipped next day. Three days later, was told it will be delivered next day).. Still waiting.... Do not recommend dealing with this company to anyone. Love this website!! They have been great a filling orders and also at getting items that are not even listed on their website. They have come through twice now and I'm recommending them to other Canadians that live in the USA now. It's a great way to get that home feeling when I need it.

I would not recommend placing an online order with this business. Both their voicemail box and email box are full (or out of service) and they take a very long time to respond. After waiting 3 weeks for an order to arrive (it was a Christmas present) they decided to tell me that the product wasn't available. It is now 3 days before Christmas and I am out of luck and out of time. Why couldn't they have told me the moment I placed my order so I could have had a chance to find the product elsewhere? Very poor customer service. Not recommended.
