I have been a customer of Canadian footwear for many years, I have been very happy with the service until yesterday , didn't receive the service that I have in the past . The young man brought me the shoes and sat there while I had to try on the shoes and lace them up myself. I left because I wasn't happy with the service , maybe he wasn't trained , all the other staff was helping the customers . You lost a sale and maybe a customer I can go to Walmart and get the same service
It would be remiss of me not to comment on the service received when I attended your store on September 14, 2014. Firstly I would like to say that I have always been impressed with the selection carried by Canadian Footwear. The huge plus was having a lovely lady by the name of Norene being my fitting specialist. She is an absolute gem. I explained my problems with walking and some health issues. Norene listened to me - asked some pertinent questions and then explained how certain footwear would be of benefit to me. I found her to be patient with me (this is important to a senior). If a runner was not available she would make another recommendation (also important). Her recommendations were super. Her knowledge of footwear and foot problems were so very helpful. I walked out of the store feeling like I was walking on a pillow. THANK YOU Norene - I will specifically ask for you when I come in looking for winter boots.
