I applied for a pardon and have been making monthly payments and had a case manager who I dealt with. Now the phone number I have for him doesn’t work and I have had no response via email or when I call the 1888 number on their website. I just want to know the status of my pardon and how to get ahold of them

As we deal with all of Canada we do not always have a consultant available at any given time to provide updates.
As stated initially you will be kept updated as needed in regards to the process.

I made my application in February of 2019 and paid in full the amount of $*** Company is only responding via email stating the application is still in process, they will not provide a person to contact.

Your expungement request has been submitted the relevant *** station on April 23, 2018.
It can take anywhere from 6-12 months for a response to this request.
Being as it has not been past the timeline given from the *** please be patient as clearing *** is not a light request to make.
