Canadian Pardon Services

I paid in full for both a "pardon" and US waiver in April and have not received any helpful response since those funds we're paidThe only follow up I received was in July when they requested more money to pay the courthouse to release further information
Other than that the only response I get is auto-reply emails
I have a full records of communication to support my complaint
