Three years ago I considered using their services. I signed up and began price comparing. I eventually found more competitive pricing elsewhere. Months later I began getting calls from their staff, asking if I wished to purchase products through their service. I kindly said "No thank you, please remove me from your calling list." Their employees have continued calling me for the past three years from various numbers. I have repeatedly told them to stop calling me and yet, the calls have increased. Sometimes they'll call and I will hang up on them, only to then have my phone ring non-stop for the next two hours (all from different numbers), preventing it from other use. I've received numerous threatening and ominous voice mails that mention my family and "coming to get me." I'm not sure what the purpose of this practice is, but I have tried to escape their harassment for years and I don't know how to make them stop.

The homepage along with many other pages on this company's site advertise the *** and *** logo as accepted methods of payment. Based on this information, I created an account and uploaded a scanned copy of my doctor's prescription. When a customer service representative phoned me to confirm my order, she informed me that the company did not accept credit cards.

I was enticed to provide sensitive, highly personal information based on the *** visual assets of the company's website.
