Canadian Protein

I placed an order recently and received a message from UPS saying a shipping label had been created but the product hadn't been sent to them. Several days later I sent a message via the link on the website. Despite something about 24h response time I still haven't had a response. And the phone number on their website doesn't work either.
I am not feeling too good about this company even though it is Canadian.
