I am rejecting this response because: she told me that she would issue a refund then said that she can't cause it been to long I didn't respond to her for two months cause I forgot about it until we were getting everything ready for our wedding she says I gave the wrong address I gave a correct address I asked if she had a tracking number and she said no and she doesn't have anything saying she sent it even like I stated she said she would refund but then started to come up with excuses and even said that I put the wrong address on purpose so I wouldn't get it which doesn't make since why would I pay money for her to ship it to a wrong address and the address is correct I put [redacted] I left lane out but I have many time and still got it so just because I put [redacted] and. It [redacted] she says that's why I never got it even though the town is correct the postal code correct my name correct the number correct and the street name correct also our mail goes to the post office and we need to get it there so really I don't need a street name as the town is small and the post office knows everyone's name

incorrect address yet he is accusing me of not sending it and constantly emailing me and not accepting responsibility.I understand that he may feel that leaving off the 'lane' from his address that the postman should still deliver it, I totally agree with that, but the fact that they didn't, I don't think it should be my fault.  I have attached the address that I was given to send to from my website admin and [redacted] emails and you will see that it's incomplete and not the same as the one he has put in his information here. If I have made a mistake or the customer doesn't get their item and tells me within a reasonable time frame, I always do the responsible thing and refund them. The fact that he took 2 months to let me know makes me wary and if every customer did what he is doing, I would be out of business.Kind regards, Tiffany
