Canadian Tire (Charlottetown)

On May 2nd, 2019 I ordered 4 tires from the Canadian Tire website. I entered my credit card information to complete the transaction. On May 3rd, I picked up the tires at the local store in Charlottetown, PE. The clerk who assisted me was confused and downright unprofessional during the transaction. I eventually got my tires and paid with credit card at the store. My credit card was charged. Now as of May 21st, there is still a pending transaction on my credit card showing the tire purchase from the website. Thus a substantial hold is placed on that amount on my credit card. I visited the store a week after the purchase and was told it should only take 3-5 business days for the pending transaction to clear. It has not done so. I emailed the "contact us" portion of the website twice and nobody has ever gotten back to me.
I called the local store today and was told the person that could help me was not at work and I should call back. I offered to leave my name and phone number and was told they would not take it and I had to call back.
I am just simply frustrated at the terrible customer service from a large Canadian retail outlet, and also the local franchisee.
I just want to speak to someone and have this dealt with.
