Asked for refund they told me to talk to ***
I bought a *** max trainer from them on may 9th it worked fine for about a month when it started to squeak it then started to make a clunk sound last week. I spoke to customer service for the procedure to get my refund since they sold me a defective product and they told me to get a hold of *** and wont refund.
I would like a refund.

Sorry it took long to resolve I spoke to the manager and they agreed to exchange the product there wasn't one in stock so I had to wait for one to get to the store I picked it up this morning thanks Revdex.com for your help
