Canadian tire plateau is fabulous
Top notch shopping and service experience the mechanics 🧰 are very good as well , I’ve been going to this location for decades and I’ve never had one issue or problem with any department so this store is very recommended to anyone wanting the best shopping experience and quality merchandise !

Amazing store and staff !
Always had very good shopping experience and service at this Canadian tire 🇹🇩 location and the staff and management go above and beyond to make all your shopping experience or possible concerns be the best it can be ! Very recommended ten ⭐ stars if I could so the max 5 is given here ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ đŸ’« !

‱ Le lundi 16 dĂ©cembre, suite Ă  une crevaison, mon partenaire et moi demandons au service automobile de rĂ©parer / changer mon pneu. La dame me dit que la barrure de roue a casĂ©e sur le pneu devant ĂȘtre changĂ© donc il va falloir revenir le lendemain pour ma voiture. Elle conseille de simplement enlever la barrure de roue pour ce pneu et j’accepte.
‱ Le mardi 17 dĂ©cembre en matinĂ©e (environ 10h30 am), un employĂ© m’appelle pour me conseiller de changer plusieurs choses sur ma vieille voiture. Je demande combien le tout couterait, il me dit un prix qui me semble cher pour une voiture qui n’est plus trĂšs loin de la retraite. Il ajoute qu’une inspection des freins pour 24$ serait bien et qu’il me tĂ©lĂ©phonera pour me dire si quelque chose d’autre devrait ĂȘtre changĂ© ou non. J’accepte puis nous raccrochons. Il me rappelle plus tard (vers 2h pm peut-ĂȘtre) pour me laisser un message vocal me disant que tout est rĂ©parĂ©. Je n’ai jamais acceptĂ© aucune modification sur ma voiture. Jamais il n’a dit : « Voulez-vous que nous procĂ©dions avec toutes les rĂ©parations suggĂ©rĂ©es? » ou quelque chose du genre.
Je n’arrive pas Ă  le rejoindre par tĂ©lĂ©phone. Je me dĂ©place en magasin le soir mĂȘme, mais ni l’employĂ©, ni le gestionnaire n’est sur place. La dame Ă  la rĂ©ception me demande de repasser le lendemain matin entre 8h et 4h pour parler avec le gestionnaire.
‱ Le mercredi 18 dĂ©cembre, mon partenaire se dĂ©place sur les lieux, seul, puisque je ne pouvais me rendre lĂ  Ă  ces heures. Il est rude avec mon partenaire, indiquant qu’il n’y a rien qu’il puisse faire. Il faudrait Ă©couter la conversation tĂ©lĂ©phonique. Le gestionnaire indique Ă  mon partenaire qu’il travaille le lendemain de 8h Ă  4h. Je planifie de retourner avec mon partenaire le lendemain pour rĂ©gler cette affaire.
‱ Le jeudi 19 dĂ©cembre, je dois prendre de mon temps de travail pour me prĂ©senter en compagnie de mon partenaire pour parler avec le gestionnaire vers 8 :30. Il n’est pas lĂ . L’employĂ©, lui, est sur place et il n’admet en aucun cas qu’il a peut-ĂȘtre fait une erreur. C’est trĂšs insultant. Toutefois, il nous montre les pneus qu’il a changĂ©s et nous avons confirmĂ© qu’ils devaient tous ĂȘtre changĂ©s. Bref, les rĂ©parations Ă©taient nĂ©cessaires Ă  l’exception de changement de lumiĂšres « Fog light » que je n’aurai pas acceptĂ©. Comme les lumiĂšres n’étaient pas bien dispendieuses, j’ai payĂ© ma facture, et j'ai demandĂ© que le gestionnaire m’appelle Ă  son arrivĂ©e.
‱ Je quitte les lieux et reviens immĂ©diatement puisqu’un nouveau bruit se faisait entendre en provenance d’une roue. Le mĂ©canicien, un employĂ© que je n’avais pas vu avant, a fait l’inspection (dĂ©jĂ  payĂ© et sous garantie) et un nettoyage mineur d’une piĂšce sans frais, ce que j’ai apprĂ©ciĂ© mĂȘme s’il ne m’a pratiquement pas regardĂ© et n’a communiquĂ© qu’avec mon partenaire. (C’est moi la cliente.) Je quitte non satisfaite de toute cette situation.
‱ En soirĂ©e, toujours pas d’appel du gestionnaire. Toutefois, surprise, je rĂ©alise que la lumiĂšre, qu’ils ont changĂ©e et qu'ils m'ont chargĂ©e mĂȘme si je ne le voulais pas, ne fonctionne pas! En plus, non seulement ils ont enlevĂ© toutes mes barrures Ă  roue (pas seulement sur la roue brisĂ©e), mais ils ne m’ont remis que deux des trois barrures en bon Ă©tat dans une petite boĂźte. Donc, je dois les rĂ©installer moi-mĂȘme et je n'ai que deux roues sur quatre avec protection quand que j'avais acceptĂ© que seulement une roue n'en aille pas.

They said they have a verified technician for car seats. But they did not provide the service. I paid and they did not verify the car seat
I was told my daughter's car seat is not properly installed. So I looked on the saaq website for verified technicians. On the website it said it is free and canadian was listed as a verified technician in my area. I called and asked for someone and I was told to come anytime before 5pm. They have a technician. I went on july 17th. I was told there is a fee of 17$ I initially refused because on saaq website it says free. But I thought of my daughters safety and agreed to pay. They took my car in and gave it back to me. The guy told me its fixed. I asked what was fixed and the fact that they did not verify with my daughter in the car. He said technician left and I have to pay. I told him not until I get service im paying for. so they told me come back tomorrow and tech will verify the car with your daughter in it and inspect everything. I came back next day. The same guy told me to pay the 17$ and he will take me to meet with technician. I paid the money then the technician told me both the belt and anchors were attached. So he removed the belt for forward facing. I said ok now verify my daughter in car seat. He said he is not a verified technician that someone else might know. He came back with the guy and said we dont have verified technicians but we have people who know about car seats and they are all busy. And they are ending their shift in 5mns. I said it doesnt take more than 5mns. He said but they are busy. So basically I paid 17$ to have a verified technician look at the car seat and the one assigned to my car admitted he is not a verified technician. And they did not verify my daughter is properly secured

Purchased a $3,700.00 lawn tractor on the weekend went to pick it up today it would not start - no battery and no gas asked to see Mgr
Bought *** Tractor - product # 60-0193 - my husband went to pick it up today with his trailer (he happens to be in a wheelchair) tractor would not start - no battery or gas in it - the 2 employees could not even turn the wheels - asked to see manager as he wanted his money back - apparently she would not come out. Two customers noticed the problem showed employees how to turn wheels but they weren't strong enough to get it onto the trailer - other customers put it on.
