Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Ok so I guess I would rather pay $to another transmission guy rather than just pay $But that is what I am doing because I do not trust ***x to work on my truck again [redacted] cqlled me yalling and screaming on the phine because he got the cimplaintI think from the beginning ***x new what he was doing he wanted $to tow my truck in then he wanted $a couple of days later to start on the truck to buy new parts any other place you pay them when their finishedA day before ***x tells me that my truck is ready he tells me come get your truck but you owe me $because I had to put gas in it so I tell him thats fine well I have a friend go and get the truck he actually gives him $because ***x had no change then he didnt release my truckBut he calls me yelling and screaming that that was he last $that he had and he needed his $ok you got $ but still didnt release my truck***x did not do what he was supposed to do to my truck he took way longer and my truck is still broke down The way I feel he owes me money I have to pay anitger tranamission shop to fix the problem and also the problem ***x createdA simply $transmission has turned a $transmission job Regards, [redacted] ***
Everything they are saying is not true.....I would never pull a truck and drive MPH...that is not only crazy but very dangerous...*** *** and *** just don't want to pay me my money....me and my dad drove their truck up and down the freeway and we never had a problemThen she picks it
up...and not even min later she calls and says it's broke.....and doing they would not allow me to even check it....I personally feel that they are saying all this to you to justify for not to pay me...I trusted themdollars is alot of money to give out just on their word that I would get paidThey never gave me a chance to check it and correct whatever they said is wrong with it...just to not pay me

But that is what I am doing because I do not trust [redacted]x to work on my truck again. [redacted] cqlled me yalling and screaming on the phine because he got the cimplaint. I think from the beginning [redacted]x new what he was doing he wanted $50 to tow my truck in then he wanted $650 a couple of days later to start on the truck to buy new parts any other place you pay them when their finished. A day before [redacted]x tells me that my truck is ready he tells me come get your truck but you owe me $10 because I had to put gas in it so I tell him thats fine well I have a friend go and get the truck he actually gives him $20 because [redacted]x had no change then he didnt release my truck. But he calls me yelling and screaming that that was he last $10 that he had and he needed his $10 ok you got $20 but still didnt release my truck. [redacted]x did not do what he was supposed to do to my truck he took way longer and my truck is still broke down.
