   I did not become irate by any means, and I was denied the ability to talk to his supervisor or get his employee number to talk to someone else about the way he treated me over the phone. Here was rude and disrespectful. I would like someone to review the conversation since it should have been recorded and I would also like to receive a copy of my contact since he told me that I did not purchase GAP protection, he must have had a copy in front of him. I have received the complaint from the customer. Although we do disagree with the content of his letter we have decided to credit his account the $30 he was charged by his bank.Thank you,
