Again it is sellers responsibility to announce cautions such as "theft recovery "They didn't announce therefore they are responsible of the action regardless of time and this is a repeat action by the auction that they are sided with the sellers to make their feesThey hise information on purpose knowing that this kind of announcements decrease the value of the carsTheir decisions are made base on favoring sellers

months is way passed our arbitration period for this vehicle for unannounced theft recovery. days is the NAAA arbitration period. Noel

Regardless of the time frame, as it states by NAAA rules, announcements should have been made therefore it is covered by local and state lawsNAAA is not the solid authority here( All of its board memmbers are from Adesa company) therefore they are not above the lawsThe reason I contacted to the auction because the customer noticed that on the history report (***) by the time I purchased the car Adesa failed to check the cars history and other history report (autochexk) didn't show theft recoveryMoreover, by NAAA rules, very first responsibility is that the sale must be "fair and ethical ", regardless of timeThis is the very same auction that sold a car to me last year that had a major ssafety issues with "green light " and didn't wanna get the car backI had to go amd inspect the car in independent place yet arbitration dept and the GM there(same person responded this complaint) stated on a conference call with district sales manager that the car had no such issuesThey have been well known with their shady business practices

settlement desired was accomplished. vehicle bought back by ADESA Long Island per NAAA policy after confirmation of issue

We are happy with our decision and feel it is ethical and fair and within the NAAA guidelines.  For the record NAAA is not a sole ADESA board as indicated.
