Car repair looked like it was off the showroom floor
I was recently rear ended and recommended to Canby motors collision in Aberdeen by the insurance company of the other driver. The service from the moment I got there was fantastic. Melody (The customer service rep at the front desk) was good in keeping me up to date on the status of the repairs, friendly every time I spoke with her, and reassured me that my car would come back in perfect shape.
I just got my car back today. They used all manufactuer parts for repairs. The bill was extremely well itemized including parts that were simply removed and reinstalled as part of the repair. A suppliment to the bill was included to show the parts supplier as well. So in the end I know every part that was repaired, why it was repaired, and where the replacement parts came from. The paint job was very well done. When closing the rear hatch (which was damaged in the accident) I could tell that the interior trim was slightly loose, but that's likely a single missed push pin that secures the plastic. Otherwise it appears to be a very well done repair.
On a side note to customer service, the car was detailed before it was returned to me and even had a Canby bottle of water. Nice touch.
