Regards,
[redacted] Hello,  I'm not sure what happened with my original complaint but I just found the response sent to you by [redacted].  I just filed another complaint because it looked like nothing has ever happened with my complaint as she has zero on file.   I have her Facebook messages that date back to her telling me we should keep an eye on the Puppy.   I also have an email that she picked this puppy out for me from her, she was a little sweeter than the others is what she says in the email. For her to make any suggestion that this Puppy has not been taken care of is just additional pain caused by this woman.   She knows this Puppy has been cared for and loved, she has seen pictures from my Daughters Facebook since we brought them home.   She also made false claims that I demanded her Vet to make a diagnosis which is a bold face lie.   I have emails to her prior to going over there with the Xrays that I purchased and did not want them damaged in the mail.   I told her in my email that I know they can't tell me anything without my Puppy and the Xrays do not show any previous injury or bone issues.   My Vet did an assessment and can only conclude a Neurological Disorder which can be many things...... there is nothing I could have done to cause a Neurological Disorder in a home environment, a home build in 1979 which contains no lead paint, etc.Lastly I have paperwork from her Vet when the Pup was send home that indicates they suspect a Heart Murmur.   Nothing was mentioned to me about that when I purchased the Puppy, only that I would need to have the Pup spayed because her Belly was herniated.   I still paid full price with that issue and had to pay more to have her spayed because of the issue.    She recommended this Dog to me and if anyone cares to she the proof of what a liar this woman is I would love to copy and paste it to you.I never told this woman my Dog was in a Wheel Chair and yes I did go to the Parade and I walked about 8 block with her that day because it brings a big crowd so there is not a lot of walking you can do with a dog unless you are in the actual Parade and we were not.   Thank you,[redacted]

Yes the issue has been talked about but not resolved. Why?   The Company isn't sure what her Policy is.Revdex.com:

Revdex.com 1 E 4th Street Suite 600 Cincinnati OH 45202 6/18/2015 Dear [redacted]- I received your letter in my mailbox today. [redacted]s Irish Babies is a Facebook site where I post pictures of my dogs. People who have or are interested in Irish Setters can post pictures of theirs or even...

ones that have been purchased from me. The people on there even sometimes ask questions. It is not a business. I am an individual who has one female Irish Setter and one male Irish Setter. That pair can breed every 6-7 months and a normal litter averages 8 puppies. Ms. [redacted] purchased a puppy from me in January of 2014. She had pick of the litter, and when she came to pick out her puppy she took two home, one for her and one for her grown daughter. The puppies are born in my kitchen and are taken to the vet at 6 weeks. They have been wormed at 2, 4, and 6 weeks. They get an appointment with the vet where they are checked for internal and external parasites, vaccinated and thoroughly examined by my vet. Each puppy is given their own chart with any concerns. The chart goes home with the owners who purchase that puppy. In the fall of 2014, Ms. [redacted] contacted me telling me she believed the puppy, Jewel, had a curved spine and that one hip was lower than the other. I suggested she may want to have it checked. She again contacted me in early 2015. She was still insisting that Jewel had a curved spine and the hip was still lower than the other. Ms. [redacted] told me she had not taken the pup to have this checked out. In our discussions at this time, I told her that if it was a birth related issue such as a curved spine or hip dysplasia I would certainly make it right. She had complained about money and the X-rays being so expensive, that I even suggested a vet that was in Indianapolis that I had purchased a dog from years ago. She finally had the X-rays done a few weeks ago. According to the notes she forwarded to me there were NO hip or spine issues and there was no neurological exam done at the time of the visit. She sent me an email including the films and the notes. I tried to print them and tried to email them to my vet in Wilmington just to get a second opinion. I could not get them to print clearly so I asked her to mail them so I would incur the costs of the second opinion. Ms. [redacted] ended up driving them from Indianapolis to my vet's office in Wilmington on a Monday. She had no appointment and after arriving at 4:30 she demanded that someone look at the notes and the films. There was only one vet working, the other was on vacation. The vet did look at them and agreed that there were no congenital hip or spine issues. They called me the next day to let me know she had come and informed me of the visit. Since then Ms. [redacted] has decided that Jewel must have a neurological disorder and that she will have to be put down at an early age. As recently as March 17 she had taken both Jewel and the second pup she purchased to the St Patrick's Day parade near them. I have, on many occasions, volunteered to purchase Jewel back from Ms. [redacted]. On 6/9/2015 I sent her the offer by certified letter. (7015 0640 0006 3112 0019) She has refused every offer. She recently suggested to the Ohio Attorney General's office that I return all of the money she spent on the dog including training classes and having her fixed. Then she decided to tell them she would just take another puppy from me. I explained to them that I had NEVER offered her another puppy. It is my personal opinion that Ms. [redacted] did not take care of the one she purchased. When I sold the pup, when she picked her up, she was in good health as the initial puppy records will show. Sometime between the purchase and her initial contact, I believe the puppy had to be injured. Ms. [redacted] admitted that she did not take Jewel to the vet until recently for this issue. Her vet and mine both agreed that there were no birth related hip or spine issues. There is no concrete diagnosis on what is wrong with Jewel. I have spoken with the Attorney General's office and have assured them as I will you, that if a medical diagnosis from a veterinarian can be produced, Ms. [redacted] is welcome to contact me. She has my home address, email address and phone number. I could understand her frustration if there had been a birth related issue and I had not volunteered to refund. At this point she is unable to produce a congenital diagnosis. I have to believe that this puppy was injured while in her care and Ms. [redacted] did not seek medical attention and allowed Jewel to grow like that. She wants her purchase price, plus everything she has spent on the pup. Now according to the Ohio Attorney General's office and her desired settlement on your complaint form, she wants another puppy as well. Ms. [redacted] never signed a health guarantee-a contract between a breeder and a seller. There is and was no warranty with the puppy, but I have on numerous occasions volunteered a money back warranty upon the return of Jewel. This offer still remains open. The Attorney General's office just closed their case and she did not get what she wanted there and so now she has filed this complaint slandering me with your organization. I believe I have done everything possible to cooperate with Ms. [redacted] to get the puppy back so that I can care for her in the manner she deserves and Ms. [redacted] can have her money back to purchase a dog from someone else. If you have suggestions, I would be happy to listen.   [redacted]
