I clicked on the link because it said that it could cancel a membership at no charge. I was about to submit my information when I realized that this was probably a scam. I never authorized the cancellation of services and now they are sending me a bill! THIS IS NOT A FREE SERVICE; don't even click on the icon for any information.

I don't know what if I have gotten myself into but I want to make sure that I do not owe anything in the future. Could you send me an email of assurance that I am cancelled from everything here?

Kelly at cancel wizards is completely mentally rded.
Very arrogant and an i***t.
Doesn't want to help you, and assumes an air of superiority over customers.
Use other vendors to cancel your memberships. Do not use cancel wizards and avoid Kelly at all costs.

Cancel Wizard Has not canceled my service with Sling t.v. as promised in there advertisement and billed me, I have not received my refund from cancel wizard yet. It has been two months since there charge appeared on my account I am upset over being billed for a service not provided.

These people are fktards. - 100 stars, only checked one to make a comment. I recently contacted wounded warrior project (wwp) to cancel my monthly donation. In the process of doing this - off of the wwp website - this cancelwizard bt came up and after filling out the info under the guise of going through wwp, this scam outfit said I needed to pay them $37... I contacted wwp and they say they have no affiliation with these con artists and have never heard of them. Wwp canceled my donation with no fee, they never charge a fee such as this. Scamming sons of bhes! Stay the hell away if this ever pops up on your computer for any reason!

Very efficient and cost effective I would recommend to anyone who has a problem with a stubborn vendor who refuses to cancel their subscription

I wanted to cancel two gym memberships and after calling and emailing *** *** and getting the run around....I tried Cancelwizard.comI figured I had nothing to lose since I wasn't getting anywhere with the gym and the monthly dues kept adding up....Cancelwiz was amazing, thorough, quick to respond, professional, attentive, and after I realized that the gym had only canceled one membership and kept adding monthly fees, I contacted Shannon at Cancelwiz and she contacted them, figured out the problems, got through the tactics used by the gym and was able to finally resolve the problem and kept me updated on her progress along the wayThe Best!!!

I would recommend this company to anyone it's not a scam very fast and efficient work! a very valuable service to busy individuals

The individual in question utilized our website at www.cancelwizard.com to request that we help her cancel her Aura Vie account. In error on the clients part two request were submitted for the cancellation. For each request the client entered her payment detail and submitted
payment. Upon the client's request for a refund a refund was issued to her via *** for both of her payments. (All our payment and refunds are process via ***.) CancelWizard is a 3rd party vendor that offers a cancellation service to help individual cancel difficult to cancel accounts or membership. We have NO association with any of the vendors for which we offer our cancellation service. On the bottom of every page on our website we clearly state that we are not associated with any of the vendors for which we offer our cancellation service. We also have entries regarding this on our FAQ page. Additionally every email we send out has a note on the bottom again reminding the clients that we a not associated with the vendor to be cancelledNo client is told that they must use our service to cancel their account or membership. We are simply an option for individual who do not want to deal with the hassle of trying to cancel the account or membership on their own. (Just like someone would use a lawn service to keep up their yard or a cleaning service to keep their home clean.) ItWe have NEVER denied any client a refund if they ask for one. We are COMPLETELY upfront as to who we are and the services we offer. We are always happy to issue a refund if it is requested. It may sometimes take a week to process the refund, but one is ALWAYS issued at the clients request.Since this client has been refund for both of the payments made to CancelWizard, we respectively request that you close this dispute satisfactorily. Looks like CancelWizard took my money and did nothing! I want to cancel my membership with retro fitness, paid $30 to finally quit the service I don't need. But the membership is still working!
