This is an addendum to the original complaintThey did paint the car, however it looks like divots all over the vehicleThere are places they didn't even attempt to fixThe paint looks like *** There is an area where it looks like there are scrapes all over the paintOur salesman *** told us there was NO body damageThe manager told us they would make the paint look brand new and get out any dings, dents divotsLIE!!!I detailed the car today and there is a huge dent on top of the carThere is a huge dent in one of the openings to the doorThe front bumper is cracked at the connectionsThe back bumper is detached in an area and meltedThey did NOT tell us about this and it was hidden until I opened the hatch doorThis car is JACKED UP for the priceThere are chips all throughout the windshield that I didn't see until I washed the car and looking from the inside outI am going to have to pay to take it to a Kia Dealership so they can look over the entire car nowI plan on taking this company to Civil Court if they do not give me a FULL refund. I want the car refunded or I'm going to take them to civil court

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I cannot believe that San Diego Auto Connection said I left happy I was so dissatisfied with the Paint In addition there was damage to the bumpers they didn't tell me about They replaced one of the bumpers I surmise the car was in an accident(s) that they did not disclose I am sure that could be discovered by contacting the previous owner I left in tears crying I am a veteran with CPTSD The manager was very close to my face yelling at me for what they tried to cover up I now have to try and sell the car because of that memory I just got out of surgery on my hand This was supposed to get me to appointments The Paint and body has so much damage I just don't want to go back there

San Diego auto connectionprovided Mrs [redacted] a five day option to obtain her ownfinancing. At the point of sale, Mrs [redacted] signed a statement of ofknowledgment that San Diego Auto Connection does not exceptdrafts from lenders that require us to register the vehicle in thebuyers name prior to funds being good. The draft provided for paymentwas none negotiable by SDAC- as it required registering the vehicleprior to find being good.

I already submitted a complaint. This is an addendum to the last one... The business is working on making repairs to the dents. We were told prior to buying the vehicle that is had no dents, dings, or scratches. This was not true. There were chips throughout the vehicle. The manager told us that it...

should not have even been put out on the sale's floor yet and that they have a company that repairs all the chips and makes it look brand new. When we finally were able to get the vehicle in, we learned they had lied as they have someone in house that deals with the pain touch ups. The person in charge, [redacted], did not seem confident that they could do much. He was angry the manager told us that it would look like brand new. They were bickering back and forth about what was promised. I did not even get out of my husband's car because I was so upset with their practices. Then, the finance guy was sick and did not call us back about the [redacted] loan we had obtained. When we finally reached him, he said the five days had passed and he put a loan through [redacted]. So, we have been incessantly calling [redacted] to try and get it switched over this entire week. We finally leaned that he put it through [redacted].I DO NOT WANT to do business with this establishment. I feel like they lied to me multiple times. We have wasted weeks because they did not give us correct information. There is a 3 month warranty on any mechanical work and I DO NOT trust that they will honor this if anything were to happen. I DO NOT WANT to drive a car from them.

The statement in response to my remarks about two contracts is not correct.  Look for the contract number just before the contract number that was submitted.  I have cancelled the service contract and will hold out until the refund is received before settling this complaint.  I want to see how long it takes them to provide the refund and how much they ding me for it.  I provided my advisory regarding my employment situation within 10 days of the purchase and it is more than two months before they reply.  If I am penalized for their slow response to me I will not be happy.  I contacted them to cancel within 10 days of purchase and it was in late April early May before the emanager finally called me to tell me there was nothing they could do except cancel the contract.  I feel the dealer lagged in responding to make me responsible for cancellation fees.  I contacted them by phone and in person 3-4 times in the two months before the manager could return my call.  I called the F&I guy on his cell phone and was told to call the business.  I am not happy they could see how much money I make and still try to screw me with the extended warranty.

We satisfied his loan with his lender sdccu, and no negative accounts or marks on credit as capitol one flat cancelled loan. Again this is not normal company policy to accept none negotiable drafts but an exception was made to satisfy consumer even though he signed document stating such policy!...

The Super Auto Connection accepted payment of the check from [redacted] Credit Union, the finance person failed to respond that the check they received was not correct and did so in order that their lender could receive the loan.  Therefore it was bad customer service by Super Auto Connection and should pay back the interest charge from their lender.   [redacted] informed us of the mistake a month later because the Super Auto Connection finance failed to respond that [redacted]'s check.

In regards to Mr. [redacted]'s stating that there were two agreements at the time of sale is inaccurate. There was one agreement that included the service contract to be held for a few days in the event he contacted us to remove the service contract. We held on to the contract as agreed. As he stated he...

did not contact us for a couple of weeks and we proceeded with the original contract as per the agreement. The Service contract is an optional product that can be cancelled and refunded to the unpaid balance of the loan. He was given that option and has since cancelled the product. Once we receive the funds from the policy we will forward the refund to His loan with Capital One Auto Finance. [redacted]
