Cancos Tile

Review: My contractor advised & sent photo's of the Tower Linen Closet to Cancos rep that the workmanship was defective on one side as well as the doors. The cost of this product was $1325 plus tax. I contacted their rep at [redacted], and requested to establish the time element for replacing said closet. I was told they would get back to me on Thursday. I did not hear so I called back Friday morning I was referred to the sales manager, who said she would get back to me. I called this morning and got the run around about the rep from the manufacturer not calling them back. I don't care I have a bathroom that needs to be finished and not wait for the convenience of all these parties. I purchased from Cancos because they supposedly had a good reputation for service, not in this case. The courtesy of a phone call would have shown me some professional and concern regarding my issue.Desired Settlement: I would like a definitive date for 4 brand new doors that match the existing cabinet and a troubleshooter from the manufacturer to come in and repair the right side of the closet. I will consider a monetary discount if it is worth my while.

1. This item was picked up by the customer’s contractor. 2. The contractor noticed there was damage to this item. 3. The customer called with his request to replace item. 4. Our manager discussed the situation with customer and customer was told this item would be re-ordered. 5. We immediately worked on this complaint. We had to call manufacturer to re-order, send photos, etc. 6. The customer called back and said he wanted new doors only and wanted the manufacturer to touch up side of closet. 7. We immediately called manufacturer back, ordered the doors, and arranged for the manufacturer to touch up side of closet. 8. Yesterday we left a voice mail message with the customer to let him know that the doors were shipping today. 9. We also left message that as soon as we have the tracking number we will advise customer when doors are received in our [redacted] warehouse. 10. When they arrive in [redacted] we will call the manufacturer rep. to set up appointment to install doors and touch up side.
