With regards to subject complaint I have attached our work order log which shows the complaints were fixed.Today at pm I went to apt *** with property supervisor and AC Tech to check on the said complaint.*** *** was present in apartment in apt.We found and she admitted AC was cooling good which was fixed on 8/14/14,we did not find any mosquitos or fleas in stairs area as mentioned in complained and the bubble in restroom ceiling was also fixed of which I have picture.I hope this concludes the complaint issue and we have asked tenant to call us and let us know if they have any further issues in future
