I am rejecting this response because:because when manteca trailer sold me the sealent they told me that I would get a total of coats ( that was the reason I bought it ) and since they wont allow me to go back to their dealer even after I bought the unit brand new from them with the extended warranty coverage and now since they cant comply with their warranty service claims I should be entitle to recover what they promised is odd to me that since they didnt do the warranty work that I asked them to do , and couldnt deliver my unit with out me getting mad now I have to pay the price by them not refunding me my money and not getting service when I bought the rv brand new from them

My Sincerest Apologies for missing this while I was out of the country I am the only one that is on this account I will have the service manager contact Mr [redacted] on Monday Obviously his trailer has a warranty because things break In the RV business lots of things break We RVers shake the fool out of these homes on wheels We are more than happy to address each and every issue and repair what is warranty Please tell him not to Calk the shower to the wall The shower wall floats to allow humidity to evaporate from behind itI see that your trailer bought just before june has not been back for any service or repairs as of yet My service manager has notified me that he has reached out and made contact with you I have been told that you are living in this RV pretty much full time We want to help you in any manner that we can but we only do service at our facility We can offer you transportation at a fee that is very reasonable The warranty does not cover transportation to and from a service facility In some cases you can get a mobile person to do the work and the manufacturer will pay for the repair You would need to reach out to the customer service line at the manufacturer to make these arrangements We would like to make repairs as quickly as possible Things like water leaks are definitely covered but damage caused by not repairing the leak will not be We are more than happy to assist you so bringing the Revdex.com is not necessary Most of our customers come to us and then go to the Revdex.com if we let them down We are selling well over rvs a year and have almost no complaints We are happy to fix pretty much anything covered by the warranty or just things you want done to trailer in addition to the warranty Please discontinue the Revdex.com process and follow the warranty process If the service department can not fulfill your request then you can call me at [redacted] [redacted] Manteca Trailer and Motorhome LLC [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted]

Re: ID No [redacted] To Whom it may concern,We are in receipt of your customer comment that was submitted on January 22, The text as detailed in the email could not be further from the truth.First we are a longtime multi unit restaurant operator in the Cincinnati area doing business under various names thoughout the community We have been in business for many years in the city of [redacted] and enjoy an excellent reputation in both food and service The reason for the complaint by this individual is the fact that they left the restaurant without even attempting to pay their bill, lets call it like it is The people came to the restaurant to have a 50th birthday celebration We gave the birthday person a free margarita and a free dessert, as is customary when birthdays are celebrated We received no complaints during the meal The patrons seemed to enjoy their time and at the end of the meal decided to leave the restaurant with not even an attempt to ask for the check Basically they left the restaurant and tried to stiff our establishment Once they left we called the [redacted] police who found them still in the area shoppingThe [redacted] police took them back to the restaurant and gave them the choice to ultimately pay their bill or go to jailThere is a police on file at the City of [redacted] if you want to verify.Lastly why is it when people do something illegal that they call in the race cardWe are a minority alsoTheir comment that it is a racial issue is so patently patently absurd we can't even comment on it We are offering no apology and no credit for trying to steal from our establishment.Sincerely [redacted] ***

My apologize if there is a lack of clarity here The products that Mr [redacted] has are all warrantied through companies other than Manteca Trailer and Motorhome LLC We are a vendor and warranty center but he is not required to do future business with Manteca Trailer Our relationship has soured to the point that he is not welcome back here He can service his [redacted] at any [redacted] or [redacted] Dealer [redacted] in Davis( miles) , [redacted] in French Camp(miles) and Morgan Hill(miles), [redacted] (miles), and [redacted] ** (118) are all either closer than Manteca (MILES) or fairly close The [redacted] Warranty can be handled via phone claim first directly to [redacted] as required and then through any paint shop Every product that he purchased from us has a customer service department that can help him via a phone call

I am rejecting this response because: the only reason I bought that [redacted] was because your dealer promised me 3 coats not 1. and if would of sold me one coat I would have never bought it.....so now your word doesnt mean anything and you sell lias to your customers to take their money.....you sir should not be in business

I will look into the delays in the service. However the theft or trespassing is an unfortunate but easy answer. Over the years I business we have learned that leaving the RVs unlocked and parking them close together is a better option that locking them and having people use tools and
crow bars to get in. The repair order that was signed clearly states that we are not responsible for lost or stolen articles. It was the consumers responsibility to safe guard their possessions by removing them before the unit was brought in. We have technicians that work at night and security guards so this is a rare occurrence but it can happen. I am personally sorry about your loss but glad that the trailer was not forcibly broken into. The policy worked to everyone's benefit

I am rejecting this response because:Breach of contractMr ***, your companies mission vision and values?This is why I went to the Revdex.com because of your companies bad buisness dealings.To date you continue not to honor the sale.The signature you have was prior to the contract being signed.Your company had no concern with the credit. I was not only assured that verbally but then backed up by the contract and yes there was a scheduled date for delivery of my trailer of 04/01/to 04/04/not because of your side but our ability to safely secure it on our property. The sale was final and insurance was instructed to purchase immediately as the necessary information needed was highlighted by your company I was told it should cost around per yearI have a first scheduled payment of beginning 04/29/and final payment on 03/29/26I was told payments to be addressed to Manteca trailer and motorhome as you had your own special financing (see circled information on envolope) containing sales contract signed by your companies finance The sold sign was posted by your company listing me as the buyer dated 03/30/16This sale was secure without confusion.This was not pending!I do not feel comfortable in dealing with you directly because of the above.I first came to you in good faith and this is what I received in dealing with companies in person relying on there work ethics. I am rejecting this response because:that seems offwhy didn't they tell us that from the start? We would not have left it thereThat should be posted where everyone can see and told*** never told us that it was left open on purposeIf thats the case why did the others broken into and why can't they put up cameras so the police will respond? They do not have any regard for there customers

I have attached the contract on the sealants.  There is no reapplication.  The cost is for a one time application and the warranty attached.  This can easily be verified by reading the contract and/or calling the 800# on the contract.

Mr. [redacted] is dealing with [redacted] the service manager and they work will be redone as he requested.  We have agreed that the work should have been done better and are standing behind the repair.
