Our technician made arrangements with the
home owner to pick up the equipmentShe made it clear if he were not home she would access the home via the lock box and retrieve the equipmentShe also, picked up her documentation sheet stating EPA required protocol
The technician felt threatened as he followed her to the street in a rage of anger, cursing and screaming at herHe left messages at our office immediately after this encounter cursing and threatening to call the authoritiesWe have saved those messagesWe notified the buyers agent who contacted the listing agent and advised us they would handle this issue and not to respond
After the secretary talked with the homeowner today 6/8/'explaining to him we were advised not too speak any more on this matterHe called repeatedly hanging up no less than times
Due to the amount of hostility displayed, and the emotional distress caused, we feel it prudent to follow the advice of the real estate agents
