On June we received a phone order from *** *** for mason sand delivery As requested we made the delivery to the *** *** address Our driver did accidentally hit the postHe asked the customer *** to call the office and make arrangements to make the necessary repairs
MY driver who has made over deliveries for us and no prior incidents was illegally detained on the property and subjected the absuvie language from the customer even after I spoke to him (the customer) and advised we would get someone to the house to review the damages My driver is years old and in now way should have been subjected to this behavior Phone calls starting coming in from a lunatic named *** if you have had the misfortune of speaking to her you will know exactly what I mean The *** police did go to the scene and advised me (given the nature of these two individuals) not to return to the property The matter should be handled as a motor vehicle accident I often wonder why someone would call Swansea, Ma for a delivery of materials when they live in *** or some other unsually distant address I have theorized the these two have probably subjected local businesses to the same abusive acts Businesses beware .....do not deal with *** *** or *** *** !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
