Mr [redacted] left his apartment in good condition Although we were not open on Sunday May 1, we were open on April 30, and we have a drop box for the residents’ convenienceThe keys must be turned in by the last day of the month in order to avoid charges for the following month The keys were turned in to us on May 2, therefore, there were market rent plus month-to-month charges pro-rated for days of May Water charges were only through May 2nd as well Mr [redacted] was only charged for water usage for the dates in which he lived in the apartment home Professional housekeeping and professional steam cleaning charges are standard on each apartment unless they provide receipts that they have the services done themselves This is to ensure maximum cleanliness for the next resident It is very unfortunate that Mr [redacted] feels this was not fair I felt we had a good professional relationship with Mr [redacted] and he was a good resident I did not receive a call from him regarding this complaint to discuss it with him The remainder of his deposit was mailed within days to his forwarding address that he providedThe $credit on his account was applied to his charges
