Candle Junction Restaurant & Gas Bar

If I could I would give -5 stars. Horrible way to treat customers of any race. My husband and I where greeted with swearing and yelling. This business should be closed down or at least saved by Gordon Ramsay.

We have frequented this. Establishmemt over 20 years buying gas and snacks severeral times each summer today we pulled up and the gas pumps were gone we decided to go in anyhow ,use the washroom and buy some snacks for the road. My husband went in ahead of me and went straight to the washroom I was a little behind him and the woman who runs the place with her husband met me at the door just as I walked Iin And informed me that they were not a resort and this was not a rest stop what a way to do business be wary of this place they will not get any more business from me and I hope to pass the word around so anyone else will not be as embarrassed as I was today

Horrible experience! We had been driving for 6 hours and my 9 yr old son had to desperately use a washroom. He barely made it out of the truck and ran into this gas station. My sister went in after him to also use the washroom and was confronted by an older female and was screamed at to get the hell out. My sister said she was buying some snacks and needed to use the washroom. The women said "like h[redacted] you are, get the h[redacted] out of my store!". I came in right as my sister was leaving so I could wait for my son. This lady then came up and asked what I was doing in her store. I said waiting for my son. She said "well where is he?". When I said in the washroom she again went ballistic and started pounding on the the washroom door. I said he had to go so badly. She started screaming in my face saying that she owned the places and no one was using her washrooms and to get the h[redacted] out. I said I was waiting for my son and was not leaving. She was sweating at me and cheat butted me toward the door and yelling in my face. My 7 yr old son then came in and was terrified. I went and got my husband to wait for my son because I was afraid of this lady. Some older man working the till just sat and watched the whole thing. We had every intention of purchasing items at this store also because the kids were hungry but I have never been treated so terribly. Awful experience for my kids to witness. We would never recommend this as a stop on anyone's travels. ","neg-2
