I an not happy with this office, the dr is great but the office staff, in general whomever called in to my insurance really screwed up I told them I was on a fixed income, but they kept pushing the financeing, and they got me set up on Care Credit which was fine, but when they called my insurance company they were told that I wpuld not be covered for major dental work untill I was with them for a year, they never told me that I would not have agreed to the work until I was covered, So I was financed for the work they did by care credit abd told the rest would be picked up by my insurance company, then I got a bill for $plus the care credit bill I called my insurance company, the rep looked into the notes on my account and stated that the dental office girl was told that it would not be covered until Feb of 2017, And one more thing, they pushed a different type of cleaning which I agreed to, then a day later called them to cancel that cleaning and set me up for the regular cleaning and was told they could not do a regular cleaning after their diagnosas of gum desease The cleaning they wanted to do was and had to be done every months
