*** has a hour policy to change your mind about the apartment*** proceeded the paperwork process with Marissa my Assistant Manager. *** was applying for an affordable housing apartment which requires a employment verificationMarissa worked with *** trying to obtain her employment verification every day*** wanted to move in right away because she did not have a place to stay*** came up with multiple stories each day that she would stop by the office to bring check stubs, to see if we received the employment verification, etcand would never show upThen finally on September 29th, *** had called the office and actually spoke to me on the phoneShe stated that her employer fired her, but it was ok she had already got another job and would be going to schoolI then asked her if she still wanted the apartment and she replied she still did*** said that she would stop by the office that day to refill out her paperwork with her new employer*** ended up coming to the office on Friday September 30th, 2016, she explained that she did no longer want the apartment that she would be moving back with her mom which is out of townI then told her that her deposit was non refundable because of the time period being over hoursWe held this apartment for ***, and took it off market for no one else to rentI feel that she was not straight forward from the beginning and we did everything in our power to get *** moved into Candlelight Square
