We had the room inspected after the incident and found that there was one bed bug identified. We promptly had the room fumigated by Orkin the same...

day. I spoke with the guest and discussed the situation. He did call down when he was bitten and we immediately moved him to another room. I also made sure to comp his room due to the issue.The next day, Saturday, I called the guest to check on him to make he was alright. He said he was doing better and went to the Pharmacy and got some type of ointment. I completed a incident report as well.
