Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Their attempt to pass this off as a problem with Expedia was roundly rejected by Expedia in my phone conversations with themWhen communicating with service representatives from Expedia I was informed there was nothing that they could do, since the charge to my debit card was made by an employee at the hotelnot any staff at ExpediaFurthermore, they refuse to accept the fact that their employee promised this refund on the night we checked inWhatever else they say about the matter is irrelevant given that factI've already contacted my bank and began dispute procedures over this charge and I will continue to fight this issue until they honor the promise made by their own staff Regards, [redacted]

Based on the research for [redacted] we have one reservation for him during that time in which we see that it was charge to Hotels.com for the amount of nights bookedPayment was posted prior to guest arrival and was charged to that card at check outIf needed we have a folio showing all the information stated! The reservations for *** *** was made through a third party website, in which the guest pays for the reservations through that site! I would like to apologize for the misinformation provided during your reservationsHowever here at the *** *** we don't guarantee room types

Furthermore, they refuse to accept the fact that their employee promised this refund on the night we checked in. Whatever else they say about the matter is irrelevant given that fact. I've already contacted my bank and began dispute procedures over this charge and I will continue to fight this issue until they honor the promise made by their own staff.
