Candlewood Suites Fayetteville

We booked a room along with several other people from broken arrow Oklahoma for a volleyball tournament. We reserved both Friday and Saturday night because we did not know when we played. We received an email stating 24 hour cancellation policy. We found out we only needed room for 1 night, and when we called a Josh told us it was now a 7 day cancellation policy and we were too late. I was able to cancel ahead of time but hes told others from my group that they must call manager the next day. Manager was totally unprofessional and said " I will cancel both days and charge you anyway. What a horrible way for a Hilton hotel to behave and I will use any other hotel in the future to avoid one of their hotels. It is fine to change your policy, but not after you book the room.
