A friend recommended Integrity Roofing and Painting when my rental needed a new roof. I am sure glad they did! Jeff [redacted] of IRP made certain to live up to the company name by his incredible integrity and attentiveness. He pointed out several flaws from the prior roofing company (like, missing plywood sheathing! The other company had just shingled over it). Most of the roofing components were upgraded at minimal cost, if any, so I got a Cadillac roof! I can't recommend Jeff and the company enough! In fact, the experience was so positive, I hired them to do the roof on my other rental. Because of the relationship we had built on the first property, I fully trusted him and the company to do an incredible job, which they did hands down and very quickly. I am very impressed with the excellent, excellent work on both properties.

This company made several appointments with me and kept canceling. Finally I received an email (after I stated that phone was the best source of communication) stating they are overwhelmed and cannot take on anymore customers. I already had my estimate and was going to sign a contract. I canceled other appointments for estimates for my roof, because they seemed very understanding and veteran friendly. I didn't get an email until 15mins past my appointment. The guy stated that he wanted to finally tell the truth and said he cannot do it. Integrity is the name, but the don't have any.

Integrity Roofing & Painting did an amazing job! Our project manager [redacted] went above and beyond in making sure the job was done right and on time. The new paint job and roof make our home look brand new again! Do yourself a favor and call Integrity first...you will be glad you did!

Started with a bit of a Rocky start with one of the project managers.([redacted]) The owner stepped in changed project managers and [redacted] and his wife made it right. Their crew ([redacted]) were on site at sun up and had my roof done before sun down. (3000+ sq ft) Their crew were hard workers and rather clean, keeping the roofing mess to a minimum. They did not leave the site until I had walked the roof and property to check on everything. Overall I was impressed with the quality of work that was done.

We had a great experience with John [redacted] from Integrity Roofing and Painting as we replaced our roof and repaired interior damage as result of hailstorms in the area.. He helped us deal with the insurance company and walked us through what we could expect along the way. John was always professional as he managed the project and available whenever I had questions. I was very pleased with the work that was done with the roof, inside and the cleanup afterwards. I definitely recommend John and Integrity Roofing.

We're completely satisfied. Prompt, professional, courteous service from the start. Jeff explained each component of the New Roof he was proposing, described the removal and installation process, answered our questions and took a lot of the pain out of a large home maintenance project. The crew showed up on time, got right to work and finished it all in ONE DAY. Jeff got up on the roof twice to check on progress. Clean-up was very good, and day-after follow up to assure our approval was terrific. This New Roof material and construction is far superior to the original ~15 year old roof. I feel we now have a "Cadillac" over our heads.

Outstanding. Great new roof. Our project manager went up on the roof as our representative with the insurance inspector and was a big part of our insurance company buying the new roof. He fully explained the insurance procedure. The main roof was installed in one day and everything was cleaned up. There was a minor delay on the porch roof due to a materials problem, but we were kept fully up to date. We had other repairs to be done due to hail damage and he has able to hook us up with the needed contractor.

Integrity Roofing & Painting performed a roof replacement after a heavy flash hail-storm. They were very professional and did a really good and timely job. They completely cleaned up the site. John [redacted], project manager of Integrity Roofing was wonderful to work with and went out of his way to accommodate concerns and timing needs. He also did a great job working with the insurance company and came in with an accurate estimate on home owner cost. John [redacted] ensured missing drain-off flashing was installed. He also thoroughly inspected before and after and reviewed follow-on repairs unrelated to the claim.

Integrity Roofing was awesome. In a matter of 2 days, our roof was completely removed and replaced! [redacted] was on top of everything and the project ran like clockwork. [redacted] handled all the insurance paper work without a hitch.
We came home from work on the second day, saw our new roof and saw no evidence what so ever that Integrity had even been there other than the new roof! There were no nails or debris of any sort. We would highly recommend them to anyone! ([redacted] even brought my trashcan up one day:) Beyond excellent service.

We would use Integrity Roofing again if needed as the job they did for us was excellent. John took care of everything for us didn't have to do a thing. Clean up was very good nothing was left behind. Roof look awesome and all our leaks where taken care. Very nice job would recommend them in a flat second.

I worked with John [redacted] from Integrity Roofing and Painting to have my roof replaced. He was there every step of the way in the process, from dealing with the insurance company and what they needed from me to file the claim, and what I could expect as we proceeded, to getting the work done. John was always available when I needed to contact him and he even made the effort to be present with me for the claims adjusters visit. In the end I got a new roof, new gutters, new paint and all my window screens replaced.

I was very pleased with the work that was done. Everyone from the roofers to the painters and the gutter guys were very professional. They even had to work around a landscaper that I had contracted at the time, but everything was done in a timely manner with no issues. Cleanup was great and the painters left me the extra paint in case I need to do any touch ups in the future.

Excellent service! We needed a new roof after a severe hail storm. We went with Integrity after a recommendation from a friend. Our project manager Butch made an appointment with us right away. We got our free inspection and signed a contract that same day. Within a month the roof was finished and everything promised was done. Many of our neighbors still have roofing signs (from other roofing companies) in their yards which have been there before we signed our contract and are still there 3 months after the storm. Very pleased with the work done to the roof and pleased with our project managers Butch and Chris. Also the staff at Integrity are very pleasant and courteous.
