My business dealings w this company from the start revealed that staff at various locations had no understanding if website When asked what the unit amount represented I received multiple answers Yes I placed my order becAuse I wanted this exact product which I had purchased at the Candy Baron in San Francisco in spite of uniformed staffI didn't even know how much I was ordering when I ordered units but decided to do so anyway I paid an additional $for one day delivery The.package was not delivered in one day When I called I waited a couple of days and still no deliveryI was then told the post office said it was undeliverable How could that be as they had the correct addressI continued to follow up with candy baron and I day ten was asked if I wanted a refundI said yes and they agreedI now see that they are saying they have not issued me a refundOnce again a reflection of there lack if professionalismHonesty integrity and ethics It may seem minor but it was an agreement which they have decided not to honor This situation has taken a great deal if my time and energy Totally unnecessary had the product arrived in a timely mannerOr take one day delivery promise off website I am requesting a total refund as was promised by owner when I spoke w her on day ten after order was made Thank you *** J

Review: I placed an online order on Friday May 16 Order #[redacted] for 2 lbs of pepperming taffy. I paid by credit card. A charge of $6.95 for one day shipping was included in my purchase price. Website clearly states a one day delivery charge of $6.95. Today is Thurday May 22 2014 4:20 p.m. and I have not received my purchase which was supposed to be a one day delivery, per the charge.I've called the 877 number every day, left a message and received no answer. I sent an email to customer service and received no response.Not only do I consider this bad business practices, I consider this fraud, as they did not comply with their one day delivery and charged me for same. The fact that I haven't received any response by email or telephone is extemely upsetting. This business operation should be reprimanded for these negligent and illegal business practicesI want compensation ..... I want my purchase delivered immediately and I want a credit for the one-day delivery charge of $6.95. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter [redacted] A. [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like the 2 lbs of peppermint taffy delivered immediately.... Yes I placed my order becAuse I wanted this exact product which I had purchased at the Candy Baron in San Francisco in spite of uniformed staff. I didn't even know how much I was ordering when I ordered 4 units but decided to do so anyway. I paid an additional $6.50 for one day delivery The.package was not delivered in one day. When I called I waited a couple of days and still no delivery. I was then told the post office said it was undeliverable. How could that be as they had the correct address. I continued to follow up with candy baron and I day ten was asked if I wanted a refund. I said yes and they agreed. I now see that they are saying they have not issued me a refund. Once again a reflection of there lack if professionalism. Honesty integrity and ethics. It may seem minor but it was an agreement which they have decided not to honor. This situation has taken a great deal if my time and energy. Totally unnecessary had the product arrived in a timely manner. Or take one day delivery promise off website. I am requesting a total refund as was promised by owner when I spoke w her on day ten after order was made. Thank you [redacted] J
