was told to this women before she sent any monies for deposits for puppy's. She
sent in $and a friend of her's wanting to purchase puppy's send in
$300.00. My web site and my *** add both state plainly DEPOISTS are
non-refundable this should not be a shock to anyone it is general practice
unless something happens to the puppy in my CARE the deposits are not refundable
all most all breeders do the same NON-REFRUNDABLE deposits. *** *** some
weeks after sending in her deposits and me holding puppy's decides she wants
only girls..Fine but the deposit on the other pups is NON-refundable. I
take puppy's in the STATE Vets office in times which is hours from me way
for titter test the of each is $so now we have non refundable and
$in puppy expense plus months of caring for puppies of Miss ***'s for
a total cost of $then she decides she does not want the other puppy so
now she has lost another $which is non-refundable deposits on the yet the
other puppy's that I have taken to the Vet for a total of hours driving
time not to mention the gas expenses for each trip (2) trips and she has lost
the $on the second set of pup she has choose not to take so now she has
$in expense not to mention my months in caring for puppy's or the
travel expenses. If each puppy was $and carry's would of cost $
for flights and each puppy's state health certificate is $plus travel to
the state department to get the certificates she is looking at $for
puppy's and if she only decided to get after we held then she is still
looking at a cost ofpuppy's @ each is $and
health certificates at @each is $$and flight at $for a
total of plus she only sent in $and lost $of that choose NOT to
take puppies

I have had her write nasty reviews I have had her call me names I have had some
man calling me threaten me and so I took all this to my attorney who made a very
good suggestion SCAM'S from over seas are rampant in the UNTIED STATES he
suggested I send a copy of this letter to Home Land Security which I have done
and one to Scotland Yard which I have also done and both are going to invested
this entire scenario because this is just not right and I have had threating
phone calls name calling and ect..I did feel she would of had a refund due
her of about $after the puppy shots, puppy care, time of traveling, and
gas expenses I did go ahead and sent that back to her just because the deposit
did clear do I think she was trying to get free dogs OH YES did she NOPE..but I
did feel she was owed a deposit and so it was sent
Homeland Security and Scotland Yard can do investigate this and do as they
wish with it but I have done what was the right thing to do we have shipped
internationally before and not had an ounce of problems..NOTHING

I was paying [redacted] and James [redacted] of candycoateddoxies to board my dogs for me. They told me all my dogs died but a stud of mine a yorkie and my studs pups. They threatened to kill my stud snickers. They refused to return my yorkie or my pups. Finally they shipped my Snickers to me in Ny when he...
arrived I went straight to my vet only 10 minutes away and paid a 222$ bill. Snickers was returned to me in what I believe to be abused and neglected form. He has conjunctivitis of the eyes. Caked feces amongst his body including the ears especially. The vet had to bathe him just to examin him the smell was so bad! He has severe periodontal and gingivitis disease. An estimated $1000 bill to repair. He has rotten loose teeth and severely Enflamed gums. I spoke to dr [redacted] assistant in mo at the Brookfield vetinary clinic in Brookfield mo, and no dental work was done on snickers or examined at all. My vet sees this as a neglectful oversight to issue a health certificate when it is so severe. It is believed that the [redacted]s attempted to scrape the teeth themselves . Snickers needs 10 days of antibiotics and eye drops. He has a diaper rash on his testicles and pus oozing from his penis and a balding tail indicative of never leaving a crate. He no longer responds to his name or sounds. And looks nothing like the dog I sent just 3 years prior. He arrived without any parvo vaccines only rabies and is skiddish and afraid.he needs extensive dental work an estimated $1000 to repair. He will lose most of his teeth due to neglect. [redacted] told me he always had his teeth cleaned this is too much damage in only 3 years. She screwed me for 6 years total out of all my puppies and liters always claiming they died. Always lying.charging me for c sections etc...and no pups.

The sellers statement is untrue. I truly intended to to buy four puppies from the seller, my business partners and good friends were going to pay half towards the puppies as stated in the statement below. When they dropped out I still intended to have the four puppies from the seller. I told the seller that my friends had dropped out and I would like her to send me the the first two puppies to the UK as she first agreed and then I would pay the balance for the second two puppies to be sent to me ASAP.
I had already paid fully for the two puppies. $600 each for two puppies and $600 for their travel to England, $1800 in total, which is the price that the seller had told me would be the full price because two puppies of their size could travel in the same crate. The seller agreed to my new proposal. I was in a very difficult position because I had already paid for my puppies in full and I knew I was in a vulnerable position after reading the sellers bad reviews and I hoped against hope that they were wrong and I would get my Miki puppies.
I do not see in any way how I could possibly be accused of scamming the seller when I had given everything she had asked of me.
I invested a lot of money and a lot of heartache into this venture and it seems I have no redress to get my money back.
I have the many emails sent between myself and the seller and will send them to you for further evidence if you would like me to clarify this matter further.

We can confirm that we originally agreed to purchase 2 puppies in conjunction with [redacted] paying £200 deposit on credit card. Sometime later we were made aware of the many bad reviews of this seller and came to the conclusion that it was likely to be a fraudulent transaction where we would never receive any dogs. At this point we contacted our credit card issuer to recall the payment which they agreed to do , however , [redacted] being the trusting person she is, still had confidence in [redacted] and asked us to cancel the recall as she would buy the dogs we were going to have.
It transpired that our instincts were correct [redacted] is selling dogs she never delivers and keeping the buyers money for herself; as [redacted] has now discovered to her considerable cost.
