Review: On April 28, 2015 I placed an online order for some candy. The candy is the Sugar Free [redacted]-18lb. The description of the product includes a picture of all three flavors, coffee, latte and espresso. Plus, it includes a description that states, "Sweetened with [redacted] and in flavors of original coffee, latte, and espresso, you can be the candy barista in your own home...." I received my order, after paying extra for 2 day delivery, to find that I received all one flavor of candy. I will note that this is the second time this has happened. The first time I placed an order with the company, I had the same thing happen. I called and was told that they didn't carry a mix of all three flavors and they can't tell me what happened, but that I can pay to send it back. Not acceptable. I ended up keeping the candy because I did like the flavor I received, and didn't feel like dealing with the hassel of sending back all this candy when it is their mistake, however, I don't feel the company was attentive in taking care of this. This also is not a $1 candy bar we are talking about. We are talking about $150 worth of candy. So, the fact that this has happened again, is completely unnaceptable and not going to be tolerated. On Friday, May 1st, I called the company to get this straightened out and spoke to [redacted] While very pleasant and helpful, she was able to see what happened and she was able to see all the product information on their website that I was referring to. She said she would "send a ticket to the department who sent this out" and they would contact me. I HAVE HEARD NOTHING. I will not tolerate this. The company needs to contact me immediately to rectify this.Desired Settlement: I want what I ordered. I should also, not have to pay to send back the wrong order I did receive. I shouldn't have to deal with the hassel of sending it back period, to be perfectly honest. Now, that I have been inconvenienced not once but twice. Or, refund my money, plus every dime I paid for expedited shipping so I can order the correct candy through another company. Or, I will dispute this charge on my credit card. Either way, something is going to happen. I can provide documents and pictures to prove my case.

Review: 01/05/2015, ordered three(3) items ([redacted] gift box 17oz, from candy direct through their website .. I received the [redacted] and [redacted] but as of yet, I have not received the [redacted]. I have made numerous contacts through emails and phone calls concerning this problem and no one seem to care. I have demanded my money back and was told I would be receiving a full refund for the item and I have received nothing. I've spoke with two managers who clam they sent a direct complaint and still nothing. It has been THREE months and no gum. I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED ASAP! The contact address and phone are different than the address and phone number listed on the Revdex.com site.Desired Settlement: Full credit card refund
