Very disappointed with the service of Candy House, Inc.

I made an order December 2015 for the bluetooth lock + wireless access point and was also considering ordering another one since the idea seemed very neat.

Candyhouse never did send me my order and when I had emailed them a few times to check on status, I was not able to get a response from them (they do not have a phone number listed on the website either). They had sent me a follow -up email in April detailing orders were behind and that they would send it in May or June 2016. I waited until July and the order was still not received. I sent them another email to ask for a refund. Again, Candy House never replied.

Since I made the purchase via Credit Card I am going through them to dispute the transaction.

Again, very disappointed with this company.

Ordered a lock and WiFi unit from this company over 2 years ago. Finally got the lock 6 months Argo but I am still waiting on the WiFi unit that makes having the lock useful. I've tried calling, emailing, and writing letters to the company, but they refuse to respond. Don't give money to this company, they will take it and ignore you.
