good afternoon regards the complain id#*** I got this job 8/front bumper license plate braket was pull off and scratch the bumper so I told the customer I will fix it in one day I did the repairs and paint not knoing the bumper was o ready been paint it before so when I paint it the old
paint show alitlle marcs of paint removel so I did told the customer I nssd one more day so I paint the 'bumper ' and I cover the whole car whit plastic on the spraybooth so when hi come to pick up the car I was buffing the car I did clear the whole bumper when hi pick up the car he was ok whit the jobhe came the next day complainint about over spray and definily have some over spray and I told him to bring the car tomorrow so I can clean the over spray and he laugh said I was not going to llike it but hi did not want me to touch his car the hi have a code from diferent body shop for dlls so I said no thas to high who is going to charge 2000.for buffing a car I did offer my service to fix it hi refuse and remark his bumper was not clean hasa lot of road ships I think hi drive from oceanside to san diego for wiork the car is years old close to yearsi just paint a bumper and he want a new car ,
