Hello this is [redacted] the owner of upstate wireless in response to the complaint he file the customer was upset his repair was taking longer than expected we have him his dollars back and repaired his phoneThe next morning I come into do inventory check and noticed a Samsung Galaxy swas missing out of our display case! I asked my employee he said he put it in the case and the last person in my store was mr***! So I viewed our surveillance cameras and mr [redacted] stole a phone while my tech was in the back! I notified mr [redacted] via one text and phone call that he had mins to return my phone and called the police ! The police showed up about ten mins before he did and he admitted to stealing my phone! His reason for stealing the phone is because he thought I didn't or wouldn't have fixed his phone correctly which we did ! We have repaired over 10,cell phones and tablets and have been in business years ! Thanks for your help regarding this matter!
