Review: Issue: Failure to Provide Replacement Parts.

I purchased a very expensive cane for my 86 year old Father. It requires replacement tips which I have attempted to order from this vendor where I purchased the cane. After placing the order with their phone order service folks I was informed my credit card did not go through. No other Vendor have issues with my cards. I gave them 2 cards. They admitted that there were issues processing cards in the past. After I gave them the 2nd card I never heard back after I placed the order. I assumed it went through.

After 9 days, when my Father did not get the tips I sent an e-mail enquiring about my order. I received a very rude short email back saying they were tired of trying to process my card and I should try a hardware store. I cannot get these tips at a hardware store. Rather than discussing a [redacted] option they hung up on me. During the call they admitted they could have asked me for other payment options but did not. Apparently it was easier to just ignore customers. Had I not inquired about my order I would have never known it was not placed.

Other on-line customers need to know that this business will take their money initially and then not provide continued service via spare replacement parts.

They are dropping me as a customer after I paid for an expensive cane that will now be useless.Desired Settlement: I will pay via [redacted] and buy several orders for replacements. There is no problem with any of my credit cards - the problem is on their end.

Canes Galore not only provided prompt and excellent service and answered all of my questions as well as providing answers to questions I didn't know to ask, but they followed up to make sure all was satisfactory with my order.

The cane I received was of superior quality and workmanship, and their advice was valuable in helping make my decision as well as making my cane usage more effective.

I have not only recommended them to a friend, but am making another purchase with them soon. It is an excellent organization and well deserving of patronage!
