Ms [redacted] applied and was approved We received VOA back and application was put on managers desk for approvalHer original move in date was for She has a voucher and wanted a bedroom apartment on the first floorAt the time we did not have a bedroom apartment on the first floor so we offered her a bedroomShe got upset and said we were trying to force her into a bedroomWe found her a bedroom apartment on the first floorShe stated that she didn't want to move in and that she wanted to move in at the end of April instead because that's when her lease was upShe said ok as long as her move in date could be April 29th the latestAt this point Annie called daily making sure her apartment would be ready and inspections by both Ferguson and StLouis County Housing Authority inspectionsBoth inspections were complete She called before we could contact her about her apartment being readyAt that point she was told her move in date was set for because had to get occupancy permit before she could receive her pink slip from the housing authorityShe complained that she would not have a ride to go get her occupancy permit or pink sleep and that it was too much running aroundShe called and cancelled stating that this process has taken too long and she wanted her money backShe was informed again that if she cancelled she would not receive her holding fee of $back

Since filing they have repaired my sinkI would like to withdraw the complaint

*** *** had a complaint about a leak in her utility closetThe issue has been corrected the leak was from her ac condensation lineThe complaint about the mold in her mold bathroom as also been addressedThe StLouis County Housing Authority inspection came out to inspect her
apartmentI spoke with *** she stated that the leak in the utility closet was gone and the floor was dryI asked *** if she would like to stay in her apartment and she said she wasn't sureStLouis County Housing Authority required us to install a new tub kit which was completed I spoke with *** again on and she stated everything was ok in her apartment except for her tub not coming clean so we are going to get it resurfaced today

She has a voucher and wanted a 1 bedroom apartment on the first floor. At the time we did not have a 1 bedroom apartment...

on the first floor so we offered her a bedroom. She got upset and said we were trying to force her into a 2 bedroom. We found her a 1 bedroom apartment on the first floor. She stated that she didn't want to move in 4.7.17 and that she wanted to move in at the end of April instead because that's when her lease was up. She said ok as long as her move in date could be April 29th the latest. At this point Annie called daily making sure her apartment would be ready and inspections by both Ferguson and St. Louis County Housing Authority inspections. Both inspections were complete 4.25.17. She called before we could contact her about her apartment being ready. At that point she was told her move in date was set for 4.28.17 because had to get occupancy permit before she could receive her pink slip from the housing authority. She complained that she would not have a ride to go get her occupancy permit or pink sleep and that it was too much running around. She called and cancelled 4.27.17 stating that this process has taken too long and she wanted her money back. She was informed again that if she cancelled she would not receive her holding fee of $100 back.

Since filing they have repaired my sink. I would like to withdraw the complaint.
