A training that I was registered for through Canfitpro was canceled about a week and a half before the training was to take placeEven though they were the ones to cancel the training I have ended up paying over $in what they fail to specify as non-refundable fees when registering for any of their programs In order to get my refund I had to mail the books back to them, otherwise they were going to charge me $for the books, even though they were the ones to cancelMailing the books back cost me $and they refused to reimburse me for this costOn top of that, if you are using their online payment system, they refuse to refund you for the portion that went to their payment processing programI have now wasted multiple hours of my time, spent over $and have received absolutely nothing The fact that the training was cancelled would not have been a big deal at all if the company had chosen to take responsibility for the situationInstead they choose to penalize those who invested time into working with them I have been less than impressed with the customer service I have received and they have completely dismissed the situationThrough this experience, I would not recommend working with Canfitpro as they obviously lack responsibility and integrity for their actions

Even though they were the ones to cancel the training I have ended up paying over $30 in what they fail to specify as non-refundable fees when registering for any of their programs. In order to get my refund I had to mail the books back to them, otherwise they were going to charge me $90 for the books, even though they were the ones to cancel. Mailing the books back cost me $19.00 and they refused to reimburse me for this cost. On top of that, if you are using their online payment system, they refuse to refund you for the portion that went to their payment processing program. I have now wasted multiple hours of my time, spent over $30 and have received absolutely nothing.
