Just like in my discussions with the owner there is no resolution offered. The owner has never provided any resolution options. He did state he would come by and inspect the house, which after what happen I choice not to have anyone from the company come by because of there negligence. What is missing from all the owners responses is the reactions from his employees that I received from speaking with them on the phone. They told me it was my fault and there was nothing that could be done. This follows the owners response in regards to offering no resolutions to anything that has happen. In fact when they originally came over to get the keys I was told they would be sent to me upon service being canceled. I received the letter with the one key in it and the other key was not there. There was no damage to the letter etc, which leads me to believe they kept the key. I am not fearing for the safety of my dogs and house. This company has already proved now on two different occasions that they do not care about my personal property and or dogs safety. The keys are my personal property that they have failed to return. I am deeply concerned what they will do now. They know were I live and have my keys. As stated earlier the first time they came over they let the puppy run around the house for 5 hours, cause damage to my house and finding the dog crying on the stairs. Now they have failed to return my personal property  (keys) to me. They claim they are no response for the mail however like mentioned I never signed anything or agreed to anything to remove them form liability.  It is not my fault that any of this occurred. And again there has been no resolution offered by anyone at this company. The fact that my personal property was not returned and the damage that they let occur has nothing to do with anything I could have done. In fact I even paid for the service even though they didn't provide what they claim to provide. The owner goes on to say "its against policy" if that was true was were the keys mailed? Again at no point was there a resolution offered about the keys. And as fear for my dogs and house I did not want this owner to come inside my house. Its completely unfair that the owner can claim its against policy when not only is that "policy" not stated anyplace, I never agreed to it. The following Monday, the customer informed me that one of the keys was missing.
We cannot be held responsible for a missing key, as he insisted that the keys be mailed despite our warnings that this presents a security risk.  The fact that a key went missing while the package was in the care, custody, and control of the US Postal Service is beyond our scope of responsibility.

Review: This business complete was so pose provide dog walking service. They came once walked my dog then did not lock my puppies cage correctly which meant the puppy was rolling around the house all day. Came home to find the puppy crying on the stairs cause she couldn't get up or down. Additional the house was destroyed with the dog going to the bathroom all over the house and the walking in it. This cause stains all over the house. Then she could have seriously hurt herself with the stairs. Upon this I called in and was told the cage was broke which it was not. Additionally this business claims to provide updates after walking the dog if there is an issue. I received no communication about an "faulty cage" because there wasn't one. They claimed it was my fault about the cage which it's the same crate she was in for 2 weeks prior and now 3 weeks later. The customer service was a joke and just claimed me for everything. So I decided no to proceed with their service and of course they offered no credit or anything. So I paid for there service and steam cleaning for my house. I didn't complain I just wanted it to be over. 3 weeks later I finally get my house keys sent to me and there is only one key when I had to provide 2. Now I'm being told it just have been tempered with during shipping. There is no way the envopole was completely sealed and the one key was on my key ring. So now they are saying it "fell off a key ring" this whole experience is nothing short of horrible. I am looking into contact local law enforcement anout my key basically being stolen. I am now going to have to spend money to replace all my locks at my house. So this 19 dollar walking service has turned into about 300 dollar experience and thank god the dog wasn't hurt when she was home alone wondering around and getting stuck on a stair case.Desired Settlement: I want my key back of the money to replace all the locks at my house which is 4 locks.
