I completed all the requirements for dognition [redacted] program and then never got a response from dognition.Oct 21st - received email accepting me to complete the coursework to become a certified Dognition [redacted].July 20th - purchased a 1 year membership (63.20)July 25th - purchased an additional dog (10)July 30th - completed an assessment with a dog (per requirments)*Sometime in July I took the exam. Was supposed to hear back within a few days of completion. Never heard anything. Aug 2nd- sent an email to [redacted]@caninesinc.com stating I had completed exam and not heard anything. NEVER received a replyAug 9th - sent an email to [redacted]@caninesinc.com stating the same thing. That email bounced back to me.after that (same day) I got on dognitions [redacted] and posted this "I have tried multiple times in multiple ways to contact somoene about the training program!! I have completed all the requirements, yet haven't received any further information. I never even found out my results from the test. I've promised this program to many of my clients who are extremely interested, but this is my last chance to reach out. -I just sent this email to the [redacted][email protected] and it was Returned! IS THIS FOR REAL?! Hoping this is all legitimate and not a waste of a LOT of my time." Finally received a reply from them "I'm sorry we haven't gotten back to you about the training program. I'll reach out the our training program lead and see what's going on. The email for the training program is [redacted]@caninesinc.com if you need anything else."I replied that I had emailed that address and it was "undeliverable". Never heard from them again!!I also tried calling the one and only phone number I could find for them and it was an automated answer only for billing.Desired SettlementI have promised this program to many of my clients. I'm now loosing business because of promises I made to them because of what dognition was offering.I want contacted by dognition to resolve this! I've spent so much time and money on this program only to be stuck spending more time having to contact Revdex.com.I would still like to get into the trainer program, if it really exists.
