November 26, 2013, I ordered a quantity of 3 RF-1 5lb bags. I have only received 1 of the 3 bags, and the date is now January 30, 2014. I contacted the company via email on January 8th 2014-- No response. Two were personal emails, and the other was the listed sales email, and the latter does not work. When I called the company phone number, I cannot get an answer.I sent another email today to the 3 listed emails on the company website, as well as the two email accounts.This is the 2nd issue that I have encountered with your company, as my wife placed on Order back in October of 2013, and experienced a delay in receiving her products as well. I have already paid a total of $207.85 USD (which included the $28.00 USD Shipping cost).
