unable to meet your needs. The process for our evaluations has changed because of changes in the State physician guidelines. I will address your points one by one.
"I come in there pay then you tell me I need my medical records?? First, we require medical records if you are under 25 years old. If you are older, we "strongly encourage" them as a way of helping you meet the new guidelines.
"After you take my money?? then tell me there is a sign on the door??" There are actually two "No Refund" signs clearly posted in our office, along with the sign at the front desk saying "Over 25 years of age, medical records strongly encouraged". You came to us to get a medical evaluation to see if your condition qualifies for the State Registry and we appropriately charged a non-refundable evaluation fee for the service.
"The doctor was very rude and gave me no other information on what to do, " I reviewed the 'Discharge Summary Sheet" we gave you before leaving. You were evaluated by our doctor who, using the information you gave her, was unfortunately not able to qualify you as it appears you did not have any evidence for a qualifying condition this year. That said, under this circumstance there would be no further instructions to give you.
"I found this out when I called back to get more information how you just wronged me." If you do indeed have a qualifying condition that you did not mention, then it is worthwhile bringing in your medical records regarding the nature, severity and other factors for any qualifying illness you may have. By our policy, WE DO NOT RE-CHARGE THE EVALUATION FEE to complete your initial 'incomplete evaluation'. You just need to bring in evidence of your condition so we can appropriately finish what we started at no additional cost.

They did not answer my main question. Why are they using the new laws to scam their patients?
They need to send warnings of new policies or procedures when they send out the renewal card to us in the mail box. They included a discount and location on the card and NO information of change of procedure or policy from the last visits.
They waited until I drove there and paid to tell me of a new procedure and denied my renewal.
This is how scams work.
The doctor was suppose to give me paperwork and/ or further information on what to do and she never did. I found this out when I talked to the manager afterwards.
I would like to be transferred to a more caring place that does not scam their patients. I am getting my paperwork sent from TN for my horse fall that twisted my hip, that Dr. [redacted] did not think was important. Hormone fluctuations and weather causes my hip and lower back to be almost unbearable more than half the month. My IBS and PMS problems were also looked at like it was not problematic. I told her it takes me two to four hours almost ever morning to survive my IBS, and do not get me started on PMS problems. My doctor also has documentation of my severe PMS problems, that I could have had sent to me if I had known of the new procedures.
I want to know why they did not tell me about the procedure on the renewal card and/or why they waited until after I paid? Also, why I did not receive my paperwork afterwards? Furthermore, why did Dr. [redacted] choose discriminant against me and was completely unhelpful with everything?

The short of it: We offer no refunds or apologies for the services we perform. New state guidelines have made the registry certification process harder for patients than in years past, now requiring substantive evidence to verify your medical condition. We are still waiting for you to bring in evidence of your condition so that we may successfully certify you, at no additional service fee per our policy.
The long of it: Miriam Webster defines "scam" as the following: "noun a dishonest scheme; a fraud, "an insurance scam". synonyms: fraud, swindle, fraudulent scheme, racket, trick. Verb - swindle, "a guy that scams the elderly out of their savings". synonyms: cheat, deceive, trick, dupe, doublecross, rip-off, con, fleece, hose, sting, bilk, diddle, rook, gyp, finagle, bamboozle, flimflam, put one over on one, pull a fast one, sucker, shake down, hornswoggle, stiff."
Your experience with CannaQual seems not at all consistent with your allegation of CannaQual "using the law to scam people". We perform medical evaluations to hopefully certify patients for the Colorado Medical Marijuana Registry and charge a service fee for them. Each evaluation may or may not result in a 'successful certification'. Physician guidelines are defined and published by Colorado Department of Health and Colorado Board of Medical Examiners.
I do not want to minimize your medical condition but your experience is analogous to the following scenario. You are evaluated in urgent care
