Gave the owner my car, rims , and half of the payment to get my car lift it.. lost comunication after that... bad business.I found the owner of cannon designs, brandon [redacted] # online and text him inquiring about a lift for a 2006 monte carlo ss. On 7/13/15 I Ask him how much to lift it up my monte carlo for 28s or 30s . He told me 1000 I leave in Clarksville tn he told me be a extra 300 to pick it up and delivery it back.which is 1300 ...and that he would need half of the money at atlest 700 to pick it up..I ask him how long with it take he say atlest 2-3 days . He came pick the car, my 30 inch rockstar rims and tires and 700 dollars cash. the next day 7/14/2015. Next day I textowner to check on them make sure they made it safe he say yea. Than told him how I wanted my car lift . It. Because I had forgotten to explain him exacly how I wanted. All he reply was "ok". This was 7/15/15 I gave him the time he game whichbit was 2-3 then text him on 7/18/15 just to check how was everything. Never got a response. Be for he got the car n my money. My car and rims , he used to respond in seconds I let it be that day call him the next day. No answer. I belive was the weekend so I call him again on 7/20/15 he answer he didnt know it was me apparently . Than I explain him who I was andask him bout my car he say they had the back end apart and that they was bout to start fabricating. Which by the way he say it didnt sound convesing but I say ok . Just keep me up dated. He say he should be done with the back that day and would send pics as he go. I say ok. I never reseve any pics. So I call 7/23/15 he answer didnt know was me again till I told him than he say he couldnt hear me . And hung up. Then I call right back 3 times he didnt answer. So I text him and told him than now he just ignoring my calls.. and if he couldn't touch my car or cant do the job. Just give me my car rims and money back... than he reply right back saying. Some bout the bulding next door to him got rob . And he cant talk and to get sone straight that he dont rush for me or no body and that is his shop his and his way. And that all sales are final .that I can come get my car if I want but he dont do refunds. So I reply idont know what the bulding next door to him got to do with me. And that yes is his shop. But sales cant not be final if he hasnt done anything he say he would do..this was on 7/23/15 still. Didnt respond I text him 7/26/15 and ask so what we gona do. No respond I call him no respond. I text him 7/28/15 and tell him just give me the address to pick my car up. No respond.. so thats when I deside to take diffrent methods is well over time . Thats bad business.. Desired SettlementWell all I would like is my car back my rims and my 700 deposit. If the car havent been touch ,And I be content... but if it has been touch to finish it.. and make sure it be right like promise. And I be ok.. Business Response I'm not only a fabrication shop! we're also a auto body shop, auto accessories, and a repair facility for a few insurance companies. Deadlines for cars being completed are estimates! If we get any insurance work in ALL custom work gets push back no questions! lately we've been swamp with insurance work. I've tried to explain this to Mr. [redacted] but for some reason he seems to be very nice when it comes typing to the Revdex.com, but a different person when texting me! I don't tolerate disrespect. He thinks that just because he's paid me $700 that I'm suppose to be working for him and working on his car and only his car and it doesn't work that way! I own my own business for a reason to be my own boss!! and yes all sales are final. If he's wondering why the other building has anything to do with him he's right it doesn't but the guy was the owner of the building and my landlord and if 3 guys pulls a guy on him I'm make sure he's ok and wasn't hurt to ________ with Mr. [redacted] car or whoever car cars can be fixed people can't and his comment saying what that got to do with me! is the same selfish attitude he has towards me cause I won't work on his car when he wants me to! like Just like I explain to him in a text the rear of the car broke down and getting worked on. its been pushed back due to insurance work! once we are clear from insurance work we will get back started on his vehicle! They never say or explain was been said on his respond.he never mention anything about been back up. Or if insurance job come my car wont get touch or any thing.. because I wouldnt had let him get my car.. he told me 3 days. On july 14 And still today on the Aug 05 he having touch my car..been curtious even after he hung up on me and ignore call n texts.and what kind of business ( says because the customer pay me . He thinks I m supouse to work for him.) Of course you are thats why you ask for and advance and thats why a customer pays. To get there job done. Poor business skills. You cant just take hard work money from some one and say im not going to do the job. And say sales are final. You could say that only if you work on what you got pay to do. Which you haven't. . So simply return what you didnt earn. Simple as that.. and about your neighbors hope they good. But at the same time. That happend wayyy after the dated line you gave. And im not been selfish is just the truth...he got a habbit of taking customer money. With out putting work for it , And that not what a good business does..whats mine back and he can continue doing what ever he is doing... as I stated earlier on my previous message he didnt respond to me when I ask for a address to pick my car,money , and rims. So I research n research. And found his address drove 3 hours finally found him. The car that supousely is tooking apart was just sitting collecting dust. Untouch and I can prove that. And everything I been saying.. which business cant prove.. he return my rims and car which I drove back 3 hours . If it was apart. I couldnt had drove it out the parking lot.. theres pic of my car at his location. Than while I was starting my car. He just drove off. Didnt give me my 700. we shouldnt had to be going tru this this is unnecessary What kinda honest business man does that.. so I would like my 700. Which he didnt earn. And we good. My Experience At Cannon Designs Was Horrible. I Feel Like They Used Me Because I Was A Female. Spent Thousands Of Dollars To Get My Vehicle Fixed And They Ruined It. ","neg-1

The owner conducted improper & inferior repairs with improper parts that resulted in additional damage. He failed to honor the agreement & cheated me[redacted], the owner conducted improper and inferior repairs to my vehicle that has resulted in more damage. He did not honor the original agreement and cheated me out of my money and caused more damage to my car. The agreement was to replace my front bumper and driver side fender, to repair the other minor dings and scrapes before painting my entire vehicle. He was also supposed to replace the left turn signal light, restore my headlights and replace my switch for the fog lights. He did not do any of that, in fact, the vehicle is much worse. [redacted] took my money and initial down payment 11/17/2013 and I could never get in contact with him. The only way that I could contact him was to pop up at the shop. Which, the next time I saw him was 2 1/2 weeks later and he stated that my parts had not come in yet. On 11/17/2013 he stated that the parts would take 3 to 4 days to come in and he would call when they did and I never received a call from [redacted]. He never ordered the parts from the internet, one of his workers stated that he had just went and got the parts from the junk yard once I asked for my money back but he lied and told me that weeks before he was still waiting for my parts to come in. (I have the texts to prove it) So that original agreement was broken. I popped up at his shop 2 more times before I asked him for my money back or for him to repair my car. He was angry and told me to drop it off on the 12/21/2013 and he would be finished by 12/22/13, which the original agreement was that the repairs would take 3 to 4 days. He texted me on 12/24/2013 and told me to come and pick up my car because it was ready. I asked him through text message because he would not answer his phone if he had properly fixed my car. He stated that he was the expert and that I can come and pick up the car or that he would leave it outside. I stated that I wanted to come and look at it in the day light before I paid him. He then told me that he was not going to babysit my car and he would not be responsible whatever happens to it when he leaves it outside of his shop. He was extremely unprofessional and desperate for money as well as being lowdown because I demanded my money or my repairs after him giving me the run around for so long. The car looks much worse after he worked on it. There are wires hanging out from the bottom of the car, my driver side head light is not properly secured and broken (not original damage), he did not replace my signal light, the paint job is botched(there are cracks and the paint is peeling already), he did none of the body work that he promised, he left parts and pieces off my car( I actually drove home not knowing that the water protection slats from the hood were on the windshield as well as some bolts), There is a new crack on my rear passenger side fender. He caused way more damage than what was started with. Desired SettlementI am seeking for [redacted] to pay for my vehicle to get proper repairs and a proper paint job elsewhere. I no longer want him to touch my car and he should pay for my car to be fixed properly. Business Response This customer came in my shop Nov 17th saying she only had $900 to spend to get her car fixed. Driving drunk she messed this car up. There was a hole in the frame with bent metal sticking out from underneath the car, a bent rim, it needed a fender and front bumper and it had numerous dents and needed body work. When she came in on Nov 17th she said she only had money for the parts and for me to give her 2 weeks to make the $500 so she can drop the car off and pay me. A month later (not 2 weeks) she calls me saying I'm dropping my car off Friday and I need it back Sunday. I'm like No I have other customers you gone have to wait in line like everybody else. She gets mad and ask for a refund. So to keep the drama down. I decide to push her in front of 2 other paying customers to go ahead and get her done. So she drops the car off Saturday. Now out of that $900 $365 of that was in parts so I told her I would paint just the parts and put them on. She starts throwing "family" in my face so I cut her a deal and told her I would paint the entire car. Now I only charged her wholesale on the parts, I fix the hole in the frame and metal sticking out for FREE, Install new Parts for FREE, had a buddy fix about a 4 inch crack in her rim for $60, then I painted her entire car for $500. When I text her on Tuesday to tell her that her car was ready she ask if I wet sand and buff the car? I told her no cause I didn't charger her for Wet Sand and Buff, you don't get Wet Sand & Buff when you pay $500 for a Paint Job, then she says she can't get it until Friday. Now she was the one rushing me and I pushed her car in front of 2 other paying customers and now she don't have the $500 to pay me. So I tell her that her car will have to sit outside cause I don't have the room or time to babysit her car and that she needs to come get it. She flips out calls me a [redacted] blah blah blah saying I'm this bad person because I wouldn't hold the car until friday. She borrows the money from her sister or brother that night, I guess and She comes and pick up the car. As soon as you walks in the door she calls me every cuss word in the book. The next day she made multiple post about me regarding my work and my shop downing my business and name on facebook and while doing so she complain that there was no bodywork done which wasn't, no wet sand and buff which wasn't, and trying to blame me for some wires that was hanging behind her headlights. There were Red & Black wires that was already hanging from behind her headlight which came from someone else trying to rig/install some halos. So the wires she's complaining back is from a previous person. He car came in like that. She complain I didn't fix her headlight cause it was broken due to the wreck well I didn't fix it cause she didn't buy one. The turn signal light I refunded her money. This entire matter is over cause she I didn't hold her car until friday when she was getting paid and She thought she was getting a show quality job for $500 cause once I told her I was leaving her car outside she told me to leave the keys in it and she will come get it. I told her I will not give her keys until my balance is paid she then starts going off and cussing me out. To try and keep a customer happy I set an appointment for her to bring the car back on thursday to have it wet sand and buff she didn't show up. I then call her sister on sunday and told her the samething. Then her brother came by the shop on monday and I told him the samething bring the car back and we will wet sand and buff it and she still has refuse. Final Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)[redacted] is a liar. I never once gave him a budget, I only always asked "how much did it all cost". I went and got an estimate for the car to be fixed by someone else, which was 1700.00... so money is not the issue. I didn't borrow anything and I still have the text to prove it....liar. The man is really a compulsive liar. The issue is that he's a thief, and I will warn the world against shady thieves like him. The word "family" never came out of my mouth, I don't consider him family at all. My family does not consist off lying, thieving losers. He took my money and lied about ordering parts and when I asked for my parts or my money back he panicked and told me to bring my car up there so he could fix it because he never had my parts to begin with. Bottom line, I chose to patronize his establishment and he didn't do what he said he would and he was unprofessional and took my money without producing satisfying work. My bumper still has cracks because he got it from a junk yard not online like he said, the fender doesn't fit and the car was poorly put together, the paint job is a mess, he painted over the old paint that's evident. Any judge will see straight through the lies...plenty of evidence. No, I'm not bringing my car back up there for him to touch, he can see me in court and HE can pay to get it fixed CORRECTLY. Thank you. Final Business Response I looked at the pictures. What she is showing in the pictures are all items she did not pay for. The headlight was already broke due to the wreck and the car getting hit on the front corner. The headlight was not replace cause she didn't buy one. No I did not inform her on the light cause all of her parts had to be ordered for her car and she was rushing us on the car so there was no time to order her a headlight going by the time frame she needed her car back. The zip tie is holding the bumper up cause there is a plastic piece that attach to the bottom of the headlight that the bumper screws into. She hit something so hard that it completely broke all clamps and brackets on the headlights as you can see in the pictures (this damage was not done by my show, but by the owner)so we put the bumper back in place to best of our ability of what she was paying. In the picture of the cracks in the rear bumper is bodywork that she did no pay for. Im sure she do have an estimate of $1700 and im sure she got an estimate for the the things we DID NOT charge her on. She wants me to pay for something that was already done on her car that she did herself that she didn't pay us to do. The only thing I will do to her car is wet sand and buff it other than that if she wants addition service she will have to pay addition money, but she doesn't want us to touch her car anyway and I don't feel as if I should pay for something I did not due or charge her for. She didn't get charge for bodywork, she didn't pay for a headlight, and I have all receipts to prove that her parts were not purchase from a junkyard. All brand new from the warehouse. She paid for a Bumper, Fender, and painting her car and that is exactly what she got. $365 in parts %515 in paint, labor, and materials. So how can I be at fault for damages if she brought her car in damaged and only paid for certain damages to be fixed and didn't pay for the other damages to be fixed?

I order a set of 28 inch wheels and tires and never recieved them or a refund.I phurchased a set of 28 inch [redacted] wheels and tires for $2,500 in july from [redacted](Cannon designs). He told me at first he order them. So after a week or 2 I asked where the wheels at he claims they are on back order now.I said can I pick another set he said sure you can and he check to see if thwy are avaliable. I picked out one that was available within 3 to 4 days, but again 2 weeks went by. I asked where are the wheels and tires again? I was given excuses from him having money troubles athe way to his wheel distributor having personal issue as why I have not gotten my items I that I have paid for in full,Its been 10 months. I have gotten no resonse, the business has moved from the address that listed here on Revdex.com. I have called, texted, and everything to see will ever do right give me my wheels and tires or my refund.Desired SettlementI will really want a full refund of $2,500. No replacement, no partial, just my money back.

I ordered 4 door panels for a 95 roadmaster for my fiancé car And never received the product but the funds was taken off my card in the amount of $800.00 and the owner has failed to return my calls, emails, text messages about my order.Desired SettlementI would like a refund as soon as possible because it is not fair that I have paid for something that I never received and then he has stopped answering all calls, emails and texts from me.Final Consumer Response

Took my car for a paint job. The work is unsatasfactory & they damaged my car also. Overspray, dents, paint bubbles. I have a record of every convo.I took my 2010 Camaro to Cannon Designs in Mid august. They started on my car August 29th. I received the car back september 17th with paint bubbles, paint drips, dents on both sides of the car, & overspray on the rubber pieces. I took the car back October 11th to be repaired. The owner stated they didn't get a chance to properly clean the car off & the work could be finished in a day or 2. I returned October 17th to get something out of my car & saw my car had damage in the body over the back tire on the drivers side. The owner then told me the car would be ready Saturday the 19th. I told him i'd pick it up Monday the 21st. Today Wednesday I picked my car up after he text me that I brought my car in with the damage that they did to it. I have had this car 3 months & it has lots of damage that wasn't there when I brought the car to them. They was also joy riding in my vehicle around the city. I paid $3,250 for the kind of work I could have gotten for $600 at [redacted] Desired SettlementI am seeking a refund for the paint portion of the work $2,850 or for this miserable human being to a professional one day of his life & do the work like it should be done.Business Response Aug 29th the customer brought in his vehicle for a paint job a very detailed paint job. The car was picked up Sept 17th. My shop and I did way more than what he paid for on this job. We stripped the entire car down. We took the doors off, trunk, hood, wheels, door moldings, paint the plpastic engine cover under hood, painted all the trim pieces on the inside of his car all this labor and work he got done for FREE. We re did his interior we basically built the car from inside and out complete stripped down in 34 days and he's complaining. There where some ithem that he complain about neing overspray and paint bleed throughs but that was only because he said his dodge charger and broke down and that he needed his camaro. He came into my shop on sept 17th saying he wanted his car that day. The car was not complete. So we did a hurry wash and waxed job to try to get some of the overspray and paint bleeds and when he saw it he walked in and saw the car he was speechless. He walked around the car about 3 or 4 times looked inside and out. I showed him the overspray spots and bleed spots that Ineeded to fix once he bring it back that weekend. I even took the car outside in the sun and he walked around he didn't find or point out not one drip, dent, or flaw in the car cause it wasn't there. I have pics and videos of the car mins before it left. Now he brings the car back 2 weeks later when two dents on the side top above the door that are in identical spots. Two dents that would of been easy to point on on sept 17th when he picked it up. So I asked if he was going to drop it off that day he said no it will bring it back. So almost a month later he decides to bring it back. At this time he did not bring it back that weekend he said he was, he did not bring it back 2 weeks after he came back and showed me the dents, he waited almost a month later to bring it back. He had been got his charger out the shop cause he posted pictures of it on facebook when he got it back cause shortly after he dented a rim and had to get it fixed and it was a few days after he picked up the camaro. When he finally brings the car back Oct 11th I had 3 cars in the shop getting painted. The one or 2 days that I told him that it would be done was back in sept when I first scehdule him to bring it not a month later. So I told him I will get to it once I get one or two of these cars out of here. Now when the car just sitting here being moved in and out the shop one of my employees was pulling out a monte carlo and accidently bumped into the quarter panel. Now [redacted] came to the shop I showed him and told him I would fix the car. Once I got one of the customer car gone I started on [redacted] car. I had the entire car pressure washed to get rid of the over spray and paint bleed, and I had my body guy start working in the dent in the quarter. [redacted] came in my shop on Oct 21 saying he didn't care how it looked it was picked it up that day. The car was in the middle of my shop rear tire off getting the dent fixed. I walked into the shop asked my worker to put the tire back on and pull the car around. I do have video of that day. [redacted] was upset because I was working on other customers cars and not on his that was the reason he took the car. I would have the fixed the car I had attempt to fix the dent that was done based on my employee and I have pics to prove that I tried to fix the dent. If [redacted] would have brought the car back on the scheudled day it would of been done in one day or 2 but he brought it back a month later. I tried to help [redacted] but he wont let me help him. He's slandered my name and business all on [redacted], talked about how bad of a shop or work I do. I just want this to end. I've attached pics of the build of my shop breaking it down and the pics of the car being very shiny is how and the day it left. I also attached a pic of the my shop trying to pulled the dent out that was when he took the car without letting us fix it.
