[redacted] did purchase a [redacted] from Cannon Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on 11/12/ We purchased the vehicle from a dealer auction website, and the vehicle was sold to us as having no prior paint or frame damage After hearing of the complaint from the sales person at Cannon, [redacted] , I researched the vehicle's history and found instances The first was on 10/28/and was listed as a collision with a ditch, and minor damage reported This event happened approximately weeks before the vehicle was registered as a new vehicle The second was on 06/07/and reported as a collision with a building and slight damage reported The terminology used to describe these instances were "minor" and "slight" The auction reported that no paint was damaged and nothing on the frame was damagedThe salesman, [redacted] , reported to me that he was never asked for a carfax report during the sales process The vehicle sale was carried out in accordance with the laws of the state.We cannot fulfill the owner's request that we buy the vehicle back from them at full retail

The vehicle was orginally funded through Credit Acceptance CoorperationCannon Ford sent the title in but because it took over there time peroid the contract was reassigned to Cannon FordWe then got the deal refinanced through CMCC but after getting approved we found out [redacted] had lost her job and has no sort of incomeAfter discussing what to do next Cannon Ford agreed to financed the vehicle for them and [redacted] agreed that she could do thatA payment of of $*was paid on the balance of $77*and he agreed to make payments until the amount was paid in fullThat payment was made on 2/*0/20*and Mr [redacted] has since not paid anythingHe still owes a remaining $6*on the vehicleCannon Ford has the title in possession hereAs soon as Mr [redacted] pays the full amount we will release the title to himHe is currently months behind!! Nobody Beats a Cannon DealNOBODY!!!!

Mr [redacted] if you want to resolve the problem please go by the dealership and speak with the manager We are trying to help you resolve the problem

The customer stated she had not received an extra key and remote when she bought her vehicle I am getting her one ordered and will call her to bring her vehicle in to program the remote

The customer will be receiving her title by June 3,

Hey everyone you better pay attention when you go up in cannon Nissan Jackson ms I purchase a Nissan Pathfinder platinum t I was told several times car had more then murado wrong no lighted kick plate door sills no compas in mirror no digital speedomoder no cross bars on luggage rack you would think the platinum should have all these wrong I was told that Nissan didn't have them add on wrong again I tried to get mr *** *** *** to call me or sit a time to see him his secretary told me he to busy she wouldn't return my phone call later these people done me bad what so bad I guess I let them feel free to call me I will honestly tell you how they done me don't want any one get treated the way I was treated *** *** it's to much money involved to be mislead hate this happened this happened late Saturday evening an we were leaving on a trip that Monday trying to resolve this on a road trip just didn't happened when the smoke clears well guess my smoke never cleared people heads up *** *** *** ms

We determined that the no-start at times condition that Mr*** experienced on his vehicle was due to late payments made to his lender. The lender required a GPS/starter disable device to be installed as a condition of the vehicle loan. When his payments were late, the lender
disabled the vehicle. This issue is between Mr*** and his lender. We have inspected and tested the vehicle every time that Mr*** has requested, and provided him loaner vehicles at times. There was an issue involving a recall that we took care of for Mr*** by providing him a loaner vehicle and handling the process of taking his vehicle to a dealer to have the recall performed. In summary, we have found nothing wrong with the starting of the vehicle. The times of no start were the result of the lender disabling the vehicle in response to late loan payments

MR*** *** WAS CHARGED FOR WORK DONE THAT DID NOT FIX HIS VEHICLEWE FOUND THAT THE PROBLEM WAS IN HIS AFTERMARKET CRUISE CONTROL WHICH WE DID NOT SALE HIM OR INSTALLWE REFUNDED HIS MONEYSEE CHECK ATTACHED
