Rude,lied to us,deceptiveUnprofessional Around August 13th Cannon'S was called because air was not workingThe man came and sprayed the outside unit with waterStating if this doesn't work it may be low on freon Called the secondo time he came and filled freon,again never coming inside to check for leaksThe third time was on August 30th we called because freon was spewing all out of pipeA different man came and told us we needed a whole new coil.The next day we were told they had the part,it was going to cost over $So we asked [redacted] the receptionist if they took payments she said she d find out and call usSo we were told they didn't and we told them we would call them back later that day,which we did and they scheduled it for todaySeptember 1st@2:00pmI called around 10:to make sure they were still coming and the man named [redacted] called me back and a I'd he would be here at 2,as plannedThen we waited,at 1:50pm he calls us to tell us,he can't get the part and we would have to wait until tomorrowI was very upset we mad waited days and then waited and ten minutes before time he says he can't do it.my question was,what happen to the partIt was very disrespectful to wait until that time to tell usThe man [redacted] was rudeI asked if he was going to replace the freon we bought and he said yes at costHe also stated we did you a favor by coming outWell it wasn't a favor I called him finding him online and he charged us for nothingHe then told me to find someone elsejust don't want others treated like this
