Parcel was sent from Oxbridge ontario but ended up in Calgary and declared Lost. Can trust has not reshipped product or refunded monies know have they replied to out continues pleas for help. Their attitude was oh well what do you want us todo.. quote" they have not confirmed our emails or replied to any of them and have promised return phone calls and have not phoned us.. they have not even said sorry or tried to rectify or display any concern or regard or care.

As a medical marijuana patient I expect a certain amount of quality. That being said there has been a few times now when I order from Canntrust that I have been completely disgusted.

To begin with a few months ago I found I bug shell in my medication. I was completely shocked. I took a picture and sent it to Canntrust. The agent tried to inform me that *** allows a small amount of invertebrates in there product. I was shocked and disgusted. I was told they would rereplace my order. Fast forward. I order warlock eat 9 dollars a g. I am a medical patient so I need this medication for my daily pain. So when I order my medication I expect a certain quality. However soon after opening the container. The medication looks old and falling apart. The was absolutely no buds. When I tried to consume my medication the weed burn plack and tasted awful.on top of that it never burns properly.I have forward my complaint to canntrust. And I'm yet to receive a response. It seems to me that this company sells over priced low grade products at a premium. Unfortunately if I have to go through this week without medication and with pain. Because Canntrust cant seem to get the quality of the product up to par.

Prologue:
My Experience with CannTrust since October 17th 2018 has been disappointing. Due to a failure to reserve enough medication for CannTrust's medical patients, I have been forced to go without my medication at times. After weeks of shortages I was forced to order medications that do not meet my needs. I called the customer service at X-XXX-XXX-XXXX and requested a notification when the medication I use had became available to order because no information was provided at the time. The CSR (Customer Service Representative) agreed to call me when CannTrust had more information about when my medication would be available. I provided my number at the time but did not receive a call back. This pattern repeated two more times before I gave up and started checking the website every day. I was told three time I would receive a call back and even after complaining the on third time, I never received the promised call back.
Main Body:
On February 6th 2019 after checking the CannTrust website I noticed that the medication I was waiting for had been placed on sale. I had just talked to the CannTrust CSR days before and was told the medication I was looking for would most likely not be available for two weeks but that she would call me as soon as she had any more information. I noted that again, I had not received a notification phone call from CannTrust as promised, and then I placed a large order as quickly as possible because this medication had sold out within 24h since October 17th 2018. My order was placed successfully.
On February 11th 2019 an attempt to pick up the package of the medication at the *** Office was made. I was informed that the package was damaged in processing and was being RTSed (Return To Sender). I contacted CannTrust and informed them of the issue and requested a replacement shipment be sent immediately as I did not want to run out of medication. I was told by the CSR that she would call me by the next day and see if she could get a replacement order sent out. I was very concerned that the medication would sell out before a replacement was sent and I would be out of luck. The CSR confirmed she understood the urgency of my concerns and would contact me asap. I never received any contact from this CSR or CannTrust.
Over the follow nine days I attempted to contact CannTrust calling no less then once a day and up to five times a day. I would sit on hold for hours and remained 2nd in que the entire time. Then when I would hang up and call back I would be 32nd in que. I could not find a customer complaint option on CannTrust's website so I was forced to call back. I attempted to use the automated call-back function every day but I never received any contact from CannTrust.
On February 20th after staying on hold for approximately 40 minutes a CSR answered my call. I relayed my frustration, and concern with the conduct of CannTrust and requested an escalation of my previous issue and this ongoing complaint. I stressed the frustration of not being able to contact CannTrust and the fears I have of running out of medication again. The CSR was sympathetic and convinced me the matter would be escalated to a Supervisor at CannTrust and that I was guaranteed to receive a call the next day. ***. I explained that my prescription was at it's limit with this order and I was completely unable to order a replacement until this has been resolved. I was asked to confirm my phone number and again guaranteed a call-back before the end of the call.

It is now February 27th 2019. I have not received any contact with CannTrust at this time and I have been unable to get through by calling. I am low on medication and the stress and fear is eating at me. I don't know what to do. Please help me.

Desired Outcome

Receiving contact form CannTrust and the fulfillment of my order would be a great start.

My husband has been using Canntrust for a few years now and I just started 2 weeks ago. We have never had any issues with them and find their service great.
