We are willing to refund the dollars paid for *** *** just because we trust in the companies we work with (for more than years) and we know that in case they had had any responsibility in failing the delivering of the package on time, they would accept it and worked in solving any issue(but this is clearly not the case with *** ***)That's why in response to the last message by *** *** we can read that she says that contacted “the Company that Cano Express deal with” which means that *** *** is acknowledging the responsibility for the delivering of her package with this company and not with Cano ExpressSecond, she says that “Literally have to negotiate with them to deliver the package” It means that she acknowledges that the information given by herself wasn't enough and/or the person who was supposed to receive the package (in the several attempts that were made on the estimated time) wasn't reached successfullyAs it can be proved online in the history of the tracking for this specific packageAnyway Cano Express Invites *** *** to Call to our office number to arrange the refund of the dollars that she paid for the service

I am rejecting this response because: The address was given correctly to Cano ExpressThe service was was not completed within days as stated by Cano ExpressI paid Cano express and no one else to complete this transaction, which they stated they could doThe service was not provided as described, causing me too not only find the company that Cano Express was dealing with but literally have to nogotiate with them to deliver the packageCano Express excepted the package and is therefore responsible for it or for refunding at minimum the amount paid for there inability to deliver the package as agreed uponIncompetence of Cano Expresses associates in completing transactions as described is not my fault it's Cano Expresses fault for not vetting the service providers they are dealing withIn light of that fact a company is responsible for any of their action during a transaction or any of its contributing factors, when receiving money for services

In response to the complaint made by *** *** ***, We want to clarify first, that the delivery of the envelope arrived in the estimated timeBut Ms.*** gave a wrong address for delivery and because of this it was impossible to deliver the envelope until the address was correctedSecond,
our responsibility in CanoExpress is solely and exclusively in regard to the reception of documents, entering the information in the system and delivery to The company responsible for carrying and delivering the documents to the final destination, which for this case and as it can be seen in the receipt that Ms*** signed, its name is "*** *** ***" in the United States, and in Colombia the company in charge is "*** ***"And for what we heard from them, she was calling in many opportunities to complaintAs you can see, Cano Express completed the part it was responsible forTherefore any claim related to the transportation to the final destination should be done with the companies in charge of this and not with CanoExpress, as we again reiterate that we complied fully with our service, which is to have received the document, enter the shipping data to the system (Verified by the customer as indicated by her acceptance signature on the receipt) and have it delivered the same day to the company responsible for transporting it to ColombiaStarting from that moment, the responsibility regarding the delivery belongs directly to the companies in charge that we already mentioned previously
